I feel like in a dystopian future where machines have taken over. Went to deposit cash, there are no human tellers. The branch has 2 atm’s and they don’t accept old bills (100). The actual adviser, kept rejecting everybody as he was leaving in 15 min. I was there 20 min and he gave same speech to several customers. Could not deposit check, as DBA was not registered on account, so I spoke with “Mr. I am leaving in 15 min” and that was the end of visit. Never again will I come by this branch again.

This bank is ridiculous. Even as a private client they force you to call or visit a branch on the day of or within ten days of your CD renewing. They do not have an auto renew or cancel, you can't do anything online with it. Even when you call days before it matures, they can't do anything about. The bank makes it purposely difficult to handle these CDs so they can keep the funds. They would actually save more money if they stopped sending paper stmts on CDs and cut the call center hours needed to handle these requests. Whoever is the manager needs to deliver feedback to make this easy to handle / adjust online.

Beware of bait and switch on new account. These folks are notorious for that. Chase is making a lot of money off your account & only 1% on returnHolding your money hostage so they can make money and we’re talking big money so beware.

Wow I see the other negative reviews and need to choke in. The only good thing about this location is the drive through ATM. The young man in the office would not help me despite me explaining my lost ID situation. All I needed was $100 to go to DMV and get new ID. I explained to him if I was a thief I’d be trying to get more. No help. Went to other branch and they assisted me after verifying multiple account security questions. Next…

I usually don’t write negative reviews. I am so disappointed in this establishment and the bankers. Very unhelpful. If you’re able to go to a different bank I would advise so.

Prior to the pandemic being a Private Client was a pleasure you never went into a voice menu a real person always answered your call, now it is all phone menus. To make matters worse phone systems/menus fail and have been failing for some time and it seems nobody cares. Basically customer service is HORRIBLE even as a Private Client. As a Private Client you are assigned a personal representative but lately my personal representative has not been responding well. It is impossible to reach my branch or the branch manager. All I can do is get to another so called Private Client specialist that placates me by saying they will contact my private client personal representative and have her get back to me. Now how is that for being put on a merry-go-round. Jamie Dimon needs to address this !

Absolutely horrible experience. Their customer service is horrible, their branches are useless as they can't do anything without calling the back office. It is a complete waste of time.I deposited a totally legitimate check into my account but because they did not like it, they froze not just the check. They froze ALL OF MY MONEY. All of the money in my account is frozen because of a single check. They didn't want to hold the funds related to the check, they decided to freeze my entire account without warning and without a phone call.Their customer service was horrible. I asked why don't they just hold on to the check in question? That's not their policy. I asked why/how come they didn't call me to notify me... they said I'd receive a letter in the mail in 10 business days. I asked why they didn't try to verify the check, they said they tried, but couldn't get a hold of anybody at the mortgage company to verify the check. They've been holding on to my money for two weeks now and because they can't verify the source of the funds because the name on the check is the d/b/a for the company that endorsed it, they are just going to close my account and mail me a cashier's check for my money. Which will take two weeks to get to me.I've been a chase customer for 30 years and this is how they treat their customers. Never again...
