Car wash is using dirty, old, recycled water. My car came out dirtier that before the wash, thanks to the spots left by the dirty water used. Will never use it again. Everything else is OK.

This service station is a mess, it's congested and then people always make scandals, the car wash sometimes works poorly and if a complaint is made, the workers have to call the owner to check the cameras and the owner doesn't even know if he actually checks, but even knowing and seeing in his videos that the machine worked badly he refuses to accept it so as a user you lose your money

If you go early lady working there is always outside fixing the pump and even when she sees costumers walk in she dosent bother waited for 15 minutes for her to come to the resistenter and she did not come inside had to leave without buying anything and she dident say anything as I was leaving just looked at me while she was at a gas pump

I was treated very badly by Rafael, this is the second time, the first time was at the other service station, at that time I did not want to pay attention to him since the man looked tired, but this second time his language was rude, sarcastic, aggressive, provoking the customer with his attitude, I told him that that was not the way to treat me and he simply stood up to me, really very disappointed in the treatment of the other girl who simply instead of mediating she started to defend her coworker, even denying me the phone number of the manager or owner of the place, who I imagine is interested in having polite and cordial employees, well-trained employees, who unfortunately have to learn to lower their heads and realize that they are in another country, where we have to learn everything, all the guys from the other station are very polite, but this Mr. Rafael is absurdly rude and despotic, then manipulating that I was the one who was upset when he knew what he had done, as a business owner and immigrant my advice to the owner or manager is that he should not let his business have a bad reputation and quality of customer service because of a superb employee, he does not care about the business and he cares very little about destroying it
