“This review is on behalf of my father and myself and my family as well during the time we spent beside him at this hospital. My father had to undergo aortic valve surgery and wasn’t fond of the doctor his cardiologist originally referred. His primary referred us to Dr. Jose Navia instead and from the moment we met him and he explained the surgery my father had to do and WHY it was necessary, it only took 45 seconds for him to agree to do the surgery compared to the 3 weeks of doubt with the other doctor. The professionalism, aura, kindness and so much more I can go on really stood out to us when we met Dr. Navia, he was very genuine and made us feel very comfortable with my father doing heart surgery. We had no doubts with Dr. Navia’s expertise. The surgery took a total of 3 and a half hours and the attention to detail and nurturing of my father during post op was unbelievable. These nurses were so kind and supportive, they truly made us feel like family the whole time. Narissa, Alla, Jasmine, Jessica were just a few of the nurses I met and they were all some of the best nurses I have met in the industry. They would explain to my father everything they were going to do and would answer any questions we had at anytime. They made sure to make our stay there with my father as comforting as possible. Personally god forbid but if I had any issues I would definitely want to come to this hospital without a doubt, I have no idea what these other reviews are about and why they give them these ratings but from our experience everything about this establishment was 110%. The most important thing I should share that I learned the hard way is to not forget to bring a sweater.”
“Place was perfect for entertaining my almost 2 year old son. Reviews complaining that it’s dirty have clearly never been to a petting zoo or around farm animals.”
