“I wanted to try Tai Chi to relieve tension and to just do something for myself that involved movement. Lester is an awesome teacher for beginners. He makes you feel comfortable, explains everything fully and slowly. The facility is totally ‘zen’. It is not a crowded gym where they rush you out because they have another class right after yours. The staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. I will definitely be exploring the other classes and services that AcuMantras offers!”
