Terrible employees who don't know how to do their jobs. In three separate occasions their cashier system has froze up and ended up losing my coupons and they were unable to help me so i had to leave! One time they've made me wait over 20 mins for their system to get back online and it never did. The lines are so long here because they only have one employee working here at a time. Save your headache and GO TO WALGREENS INSTEAD TRUST ME.

Every CVS I go to is always the same story. Pharmacy staff is rude, and now I’ve experienced it with the cashiers as well while getting a passport photo. I couldn’t even see it before they printed it and one employee told me the color of my top might be too light after the picture was already taken. They are not courteous or caring. Typical corporate store attitude. I paid $18 and threw the picture out in the garbage. I will stick to Walgreens or Publix pharmacy like I usually do.

The service provided by Zully Hernández, the manager of this store, was very disappointing. I went to pick up an order under my husband’s name, bringing both the order confirmation and my husband’s ID, but she refused to assist me. Additionally, when I needed to purchase another product, she followed me throughout the store until I completed the payment, making me feel as though I was being accused of attempting to steal the item. If she is unwilling to provide good customer service or work with customers, she should consider a different job, as a managerial role at CVS requires professionalism and respect.

This cvs is horrible the two ladies that always are on shift are super rude and unhelpful the manager is ineligible and should just be another cashier she is super rude and would probably scream scream at you if she had the chance zero customer service and honestly I would rather go to Publix right next door as they have the same products and pharmacy and are truly superior. This is ridiculous

Very unhelpful staff. Computers down and nobody saying anything even though woman working at “self check out” is watching over everyone’s shoulder. Needed to check price on item and was told I would have to stand in a different line after standing in the long check out line to begin with. Will only use pharmacy and purchase other items elsewhere.

Repost! (Yall can keep taking it down and I’ll keep putting it back up. Yall can’t treat people like this and get away with it. People deserve to know the kind of people that work here) I work as a vendor. I arrived at this location to complete my merchandising task for my job as usual, and I was racially discriminated against escorted out of the store and had the police called on me. I was on my way home from work after picking up my brothers and stopped to complete the last job I had for the day. My brothers wanted a snack so they came in with me which is not unusual as it is a Public store that we have every right to visit. I went to complete my job and I was Rudely approached after being followed by the cashier who was behind the register Cashing someone out when I first entered But quickly left from behind the counter after my entry to follow me around the store. Where she then blocked off the end of an aisle. To ask me why I was there. I was literally just getting a snack for my brothers. I wasn’t even working yet or they would’ve been out of the store already. I explained this to said employee who had at this point remove/tucked Her name tag. Which was visible when I first came in. She asked me why I was in the store. There were many other people in the store none of them of My skin color and neither was she. I explained why I was in the store and even when I had an introduced myself for the job that I had to come back inside to complete. She then asked me “so it’s just you and the two black boys right?” I answered respectfully despite feeling harassed and confused as to why me and my two little brothers were being questioned for being African-American and going to CVS. She told me that I was not allowed to Stay in the store. I told her that I was going to continue to complete my purchase and my job And then I would leave. She proceeded Follow me around the store and to call her manager who was not on site but had no problem arguing with me over the phone about my rights to be in a store open to the public. She then told me that I was trespassing after her employee followed me around the store and even blocked off the exit. I told her that if she believed that I was doing something wrong or that I shouldn’t be there or couldn’t be there then she could call the police. I had my work order showing that I’m authorized to be there (which was shown to the employee and read aloud it never said I had to access any CVS employee areas I would’ve been on the sales floor just like any customer) and again this is a public store That I should be able to go shopping without being harassed. When All of this transpired, there were eight other people in the store. None of them were followed or approached just me and my little brothers. I left the store, shaking in anger and sadness for the amount of heat that someone decided to show me and my little brothers Because of the color of our skin in a CVS of all places. It’s beyond disgusting. If Your African-American I would recommend going to Walgreens Or Walmart It’s cheaper anyways and they have a pharmacy Your doctor can send your prescriptions to. There’s also Target, which is in the same price range and carries a lot of of the same brands/Products. Oh, and corporate will be hearing from me. For identification purposes, and she couldn’t be racist and proud This woman was working around 5:30 pm on 12/15/24 she was Hispanic with black hair, curvy, and average height. Again, she tucked her name tag as she was walking up to me so that all I have but I’m never spending my money in a cvs again.

I went to get a passport photo but was told that today was not available. However I over heard the manager saying to the staff no time for photo because too busy.
I went to another CVS which provided the service with no hesitation.

This store is listed as an Allpoint reload location, but the staff states the store manager Zully Hernandez became really upset with someone and made the decision to stop accepting all reloads. Why would an individual in a management position punish or discriminate against all customers based on one bad experience. As a store manager, she has set an awful work ethic for her employees, and this was a horrific customer experience

I went to the pharmacy looking for some medicine I urgently needed, but they were closing. The employee kicked me out, which seemed unnecessary. People need access to medicine, especially in emergencies. Pharmacies should be open 24/7 it's really disappointing when they're not.

CVS prices are out of control. I went in for a 3-ring binder and folder, it cost nearly $15! I will never step foot into another CVS again.
