Bathrooms did not have soap when asked for it management looked all over an did not have any. This was the second time we went there food is good but if there is no soap how does the staff wash their hands. I must be in a safe and clean environment Thank goodness after the first time no soap I always carry hand sanitizer with me. Unfortunately they lost us a customer. .

Haven't been here in a few years but the pizza was always good so I decided to give it a try. By far the worse pizza I've ever had in my life. A little ceasers pizza is better than this for a FRACTION of the price. I paid $30!!!!!!! For 1 large pizza and I will never make that mistake again. The service was great and the place looked nice and clean, but the pizza was just clearly made with cheap ingredients and so terrible. Never coming back again.

You can always tell a good pizza with just a plain pie. This was a GOOD pizza. Crust was crisp and had the perfect crunch. Sauce was very good and it was cooked perfectly. Would absolutely come back when I'm in the area again. Do yourself a favor and grab a slice and a coke

Amazing food and people! Uber eats messed up my order and Ellen from Del Vecchio's drove herself to deliver my corrected order. Good service has been hard to come by lately but Del Vecchio's really surpassed my expectations. Thank you!!!

Wow! I used to love this establishment, but honestly, there is zero service now, (order at counter) , yet a tip is expected lol. Prices have doubled in the last year and the their small pizza is now a personal sized pie with four slices. The owner needs to wake up as there is a lot of competition for great pizza in Weston!

The food is awesome!!! Really enjoyed the veggie pizza and the spicy wings!!! Customer service was amazing. They are so efficient and friendly!!! This is where you wanna go to get a great pizza . The staffs Rebeca, Alicia and Ellen is amazing!!! Will be back !!! 5 stars to you guys !!!

This place has gone down hill fast. We ordered a sausage and peppers dish. $24 is way overpriced. Staff is 90% high school students so they no longer serve beer or wine. The plate came out with very little amount of sausage 45 minutes later and burnt. I returned it and walked out with my refund. No ambiance. No longer any table service. You have to order ahead. They forgot to bring out the salad and rolls. Such a shame. Great pizza. Tarantella serves better servings and food at a lower price and personalized great services

This place has really gone down hill in the past two years. Although they renovated recently it still looks like you walked back into 2005 when you get inside. The service changed from sit down to counter. There is never enough staff. Always one girl doing all the work. I don't get how an owner could staff one person to make pizza bus tables and take orders. You can tell this person does not know what they are doing, probably their first place or it's going under and they are trying to squeeze every penny out of it before they lock him out. The smell of failure is stronger than the smell of pizza here. The food is average at best and over priced. Especially if you order take out the prices are all extremely inflated. It's not worth ordering from here through any of the apps. Bottom line is there are a ton of better places then this one. Don't waste your time or money here.

Great local pizza joint that's been around for ages! Loved the pizza and stromboli we ordered recently. The pizza crust is my favorite part honestly. The delivery lady was also very nice!

The place is over priced and the service was rude. The renovation makes it feel cleaner which is an improvement from how dark it was previously. Also the mozzarella cheese is low quality.

Six of us stayed across the street at Mizner Place vacation Village over the last two weeks. Have to say this was very surprising to find such a amazing place to eat. Food was off the chart and the staff was very welcoming. Recommend this everyone staying at the vacation villages. Don't be surprised if you find yourself eating there more than once!! Thanks again to all the staff for treating us great especially Lisa. Give this place 5 garlic knots out of 5. Steve from Canada

We live closeby and have ordered and dined in with DelVecchios for over 10 years. Unfortunately because they do not seem to appreciate their customers, they have lost our business. I recently placed an order online through one of the 3rd parties that DelVecchios does business with, and an hour later I received a phone call from the restaurant that they hadn't started my order and didn't have anyone to deliver it. I went to the restaurant 30 minutes later to pick it up and they ended up charging me for the order that I'd already been charged for online, saying that they didn't have the ability to cancel or change my order, and suggested I call the manager the next day. When I did so, I was met with someone who interrupted me constantly and said that there was nothing she could do for me, that I shouldn't have ordered through 3rd parties because this is what happens with them, and that I'd have to call the 3rd party for my refund. When I told her I already did that and that they had directed me to call the restaurant, she was very defensive and rude, asking me "Well what do you want me to do?" "I have other things going on right now." After snapping at me and interrupting me when all I wanted was a refund for an order they were unable to complete, she finally called the 3rd party (leaving me on hold instead of just taking my number and calling me back) and then came back 30 minutes later to inform me that my refund was processing. She then proceeded to tell me that this is why I shouldn't order using 3rd party apps--something that the restaurant offers to their customers. No apologies for the massive inconvenience or the fact that I had to be charged twice, and just so rude and snappy over something I think is perfectly reasonable. I wasn't complaining or being ridiculous, and the restaurant even acknowledged that the reason for this whole mess was that they offered delivery services when they couldn't provide them. I don't expect all experiences to be perfect but I do expect them to care when they screw up. When you work in customer service and can't provide a customer the service they paid for, you should be happy to help, not rude.
