If I could DHL commerce Zero stars I would. They could care less about anything and do not have a desire to improve or actually get packages where they need to be. Management should be embarrassed and replaced.

This is the Corporate Office and there is not delivery services here, but everybody is helpful and courteous.

Not dhl store but corporate office. Drove all the way there for nothing. The corporate employees walk with their nose in the air. No time to stop and assist in giving direction to the closest dhl store. They all seemed busy forgetting they're in business because of people like us. Smh.
