Disappointed with Unavailable Rental and Lack of Compensation
I booked a rental car a month in advance, but upon arrival, the vehicle was not available. The company offered no alternative or compensation for the inconvenience, leaving me stranded and forced to make last-minute arrangements at a higher cost. Poor communication and lack of accountability made the experience frustrating. I expected better service and reliability from a rental company. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Scam location, we paid and got confirmed booking for a full size SUV.
Reach there and were told no cars available.
Lady at front counter extremely rude and told us to take a Toyota Camry that can get swapped for Full Size SUV at another location, she actually gave us the whole storyline for calling Customer Service helpline and saying we are not safe in the vehicle as we were a party of 5 adults and multiple pieces of luggage. We booked and paid for a full size SUV for this reason.
As soon as we sat in the camry, there were atleast 3 returns of full size SUV cars that came in but she refused to give us one.
She had actually given a Camry out for full size SUV price so I could see the scam through her! We told her we would return the Camry at Miami airport and she said she would charge us additional, we agreed but she didnt update the system and charged us.
Since then I have called customer service multiple times, no one is interested to listen or accomodate.
Time of visit was Friday, 27 Dec around noon.
There was only one lady working at that time so the franchisee owner reading this review should know who i am talking about.
Pathetic customer service, total scam location.
I will never ever rent from Enterprise again due to my experience with Weston, FL location.

Anell was very helpful during the Christmas time helping me and my father rent a vehicle. Very friendly as well, will definitely rent again.

The manager with thick glasses was so rude. He has no concept of how to talk to a customer. We reserved a SUV and when we went there another guy helped us. He informed us that they did not have a midsize SUV but offered us a full sized SUV that was available. When we were discussing weather to get it or not, the manager with thick glasses very rudely told us that it was not available. We understand that can happen but there is no reason to be rude to a customer without any provocation. Me and my wife felt very humiliated in front of other customers. One star to Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!!!!

have been renting cars from this location for many years due to its convenient proximity to my office and the benefit of Sunday hours. However, despite booking well in advance—sometimes up to a month ahead—and calling multiple times to confirm, it is consistently uncertain whether a car will actually be available when I arrive.
I find it concerning that a rental location whose primary business is providing vehicles often has none available, even after confirming reservations with me personally. Despite multiple management changes over the years, this issue persists, week after week.
This morning, I had a reservation for 10:30 AM. Wanting to ensure the car would be ready, I arrived early, only to be told that my designated vehicle had a flat tire. I was then informed that the car I had reserved would not actually arrive until 10:30, meaning I still had no guarantee of a vehicle even at my scheduled time. By 11:30, the location finally called to say a car was ready, but by then, I had already made alternate arrangements with another rental provider.
Regrettably, I am compelled to leave this review in the hopes that someone will address this recurring problem. The continued inconvenience, lack of reliability, and loss of time have become too significant to overlook.

We arrived to look for the rented car and our reservation was no longer there, with the excuse that they called and we didn't answer the phone. We were left without a car with a scheduled family trip. Terrible service

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided at this location. Despite having a reservation for over a month, we received a call less than 24 hours prior to our pick-up time, informing us that no vehicles were available. We asked for assistance in contacting other locations, but the representative did not take any meaningful action.
On the morning of our reservation, we called Enterprise and received confirmation via text message that our reservation was still valid. However, upon arriving at the location an hour before our scheduled time, we found the young lady at the front desk displaying a lack of professionalism, with her feet propped up on the counter. She informed us that no vehicles were available.
When a vehicle matching our reservation pulled up, we inquired about it and were given conflicting excuses. First, she claimed it needed oil, which is a simple and quick fix. Then she stated it lacked a license plate. Frustrated, I made one phone call to another location and promptly secured a vehicle.
This experience was extremely disappointing and reflected poorly on Enterprise’s commitment to customer service.

I want to take a moment to recognize Syreena Smitheth at this location. The other day she was working by herself and had several customers waiting. I witnessed her remain calm and professional. She handled an escalation professionally and tactfully. She followed up with me and ensured that I got a car despite a car shortage.

Reserved three weeks in advance and did not have the vehicle I’d reserved. Also did not have anyone available to pickup from where I was staying to bring me to the location. Staff was exceptionally rude. They also went to another location to get a vehicle they did not have on site for a different rental but did not do that for mine.

Syreena has excellent customer service. She has a special way of handling situations and makes you happy.

Five stars is not enough. I have rented many many cars in my life and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. The people that work there Nevon and shad in particular we're amazing to work with. My pickup and drop off was flawless. I would absolutely run from them in the future if need be.

Honestly this is the worst place to rent a car from. Not only did I get stuck with a car that wasn’t properly cleaned when given to me. They have an attitude and hit me with a $250 cleaning fee because I had dog hair in the back of the car due to a pet emergency. Syreena went thru the car with a fine tooth comb looking for anything to be wrong with it. Rude horrible go anywhere but here.

I want to start that I have been using enterprise rent a car for more than 6 years, and more than 40 rentals a year in different offices in different States of the United States and I want to mention that the best experience I have had is in this office and especially in the hand of Curdijah (Curdi) Baptiste, Branch Rental Manager. with the best customer service to always make me feel 100% satisfied and happy for always giving me the best and always paying attention to all the details. Thank you very much Curdijah (Curdi) Baptiste for everything and for that quality of service and customer service in this Weston office, for me it is the best. I recommend this location to everyone

We rented a car from Enterprise in Tampa and they were great. When returning the car, they told us we could return it at this location because we had to make a trip home. Unfortunately, the employees were absolutely unprofessional, useless, impudent and lazy. They treated us as if we were stupid when we were nothing but nice. Syreena as well as the manager were unpleasant and rude to say the least. They did not look like they wanted to be there, much less working. It is sad to see. Enterprise, if I were you, I’d fire those two incompetents and hire new people, who know what they’re doing, and have good customer service. We will never be doing business with this location again.
