Every time is come to this location I am given a dirty car, the location itself is unkempt-my car had a warning light and it has a low tire and more importantly it had trash from the previous renter. Do better.

So today I was advised the manager, Shanice at this location is gone. That is the best news I heard all day. In my opinion and from my experience with this location, She had no managerial skills and should not have been managing in the first place. She didn’t know me from a can of paint, and disliked me for no reason. I had long term rentals with this company before she even started working at this location. She tried to abuse her power by blocking me from paying what I owed on my rental. I went to another location to pay because she was being unfair and deceptive. When I arrived at the other location to pay what was owed Shanice put something in the system to block/prevent me from paying so she could ruin my credit and have me placed on the do not rent list. She was a hater?. She told me she was going to ruin my credit and prevent me from renting from enterprise.. I contacted the credit bureau with my money order I purchased from the post office and other supporting documentation. I lost money paying for an Uber to take payment in. The cars at this location when Shanice took over were dirty and she and another employee told me that the City of Weston doesn’t allow them to clean cars and they don’t always have the time to take cars to car wash. Are you serious. Isn’t COVID coming back? I filed BBB complaint as well. In my situation, she tried to abuse and misuse her power. I feel sorry for anyone else she may have tried to take advantage of and succeeded.

After car trouble...but needing to drive my daughter to/from school, I Ubered with her at 7 a.m. to school and then to Enterprise here in Weston. I had reserved an economy vehicle the night before. When dropped off, I noticed how scant the selection of vehicles was in their lot. I thought perhaps they kept more nearby. The location is set to open at 7:30 and sure enough, the MOD unlocked their doors for me. I waited just a couple of minutes for setup. The service by Curdi was great! She's professional and knowledgeable, but also patient. I overheard her talking with other customers and witnessed the one-on-one with an elderly customer. With that, there was no economy vehicle available and they wanted to charge me more to upgrade for a larger model. But the kicker was the $500 deposit they required on my card and that I needed to pay the total rental for three days upfront. In addition, they have no WiFi so I had to step out to use my phone and walk to the bakery to use their internet so I could get some work done as I waited for my ride. Definitely room for improvement!

I would like to emphasize on this unprofessional individual JUAN RINCON DUARTE, who works at this location. Whom behaved extremely RUDE and ENTITLED. This person (who was not even taking care of me), got into my conversation with another employee. Just to be RUDE and NASTY regarding a drop box.He missed the customer service class. He stated to me there were MANY other companies to rent from, if I wasn't happy with this location.Cars are DIRTY outside and in.In addition 1-800 corporate states to clients there is a key drop box at this location, there is NONE.

After receiving the car and made payments of my rental. I made a complaint and the Mananger said. I would not rent you the car no more. And took my car away from me. I felt humiliated by the manager and lost my family vacation. Is not fair

They run that place like a flea market. Cars are filthy. They don’t clean cars inside or out. The cars have dings and dents.they don’t point it out to customer so when we returned the car, they to scam us for pre-existing damage. Luckily we tools pics and video. Fnally when you call there location they pick up the phone and hang up. So sad that a company that has been around so long has deteriorated to this point. Typical franchise.

I reserved a vehicle a week before. I was called the day of my rental and was advised that the vehicle was ready if I wanted it early. I left painters at my house and got a ride to this business. The car I reserved was there covered in bird droppings and bugs stuck all over the front of the vehicle including the windshield. I was told if I wanted it washed I have to wait. I asked why I was called to come pick up the vehicle if it wasn't ready. The assistant manager did not like me asking questions so I was refused the rental. The entire experience was shocking and they honestly don't care. What is happening in our country. God help us. Do NOT use this business.

Renting at Enterprise Weston is a pleasure. Juan is courteous, helpful and always does the best he can. This is not the first time we rent here and will not be the last one. Kudos to Juan.

If I could give no stats and still submit my review I would. Therefore I gave one star so I could warn others about this location. They had 3 cars available. Two vans and a Ford Escape. The ford was a no for me. She offered me a van and told me to take a look at it first to see if I wanted to rent it, I look at the van. It was dirty inside and out. It looked like the last renter had just returned it. I go back Inside to let agent know the car was dirty and asked could they clean the inside and wash the outside. The agent said they are not allowed to wash cars at that location. I was surprised because all car rental places wash cars before renting them to the next customer. This did not make sense. I ask for the manager. The agent says she is the manager. I ask why would you try to rent a dirty car? She immediately gives me big attitude. Basically states in other words I can go elsewhere. I asked her name. She said Shanice with pride. Don’t waste your time with this location. Shanice the manager is very rude and has the worst attitude. The cars are dirty and outdated. Its not even so much about the car being dirty, but her attitude. She does not know how to handle and resolve issues without attitude. She clearly lacks managerial skills. I can’t believe she represents this company. Stay away from this Enterprise location

How do I say this in a respectful manner, These guys literally SUCK! I had the worst experience in my entire life because of a Manager by the name of Shanice Fox. One thing about her, She seems very jovial and nice on the phone but her personality when you meet her in-person is a different story. Not only does she allow her cars to be ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! She has the worst attitude I’ve seen from a rental car employee, Slick and Unprofessional. and for the record she isn’t even a employee. She’s a MANAGER! A MANAGER! This is a fair warning to all of you who plan on investing in Enterprise..DO NOT!

I specifically chose Weston enterprise location because I thought the car selection and customer service was going to be better but DO NOT waste your time. The selection was limited and when I ran into a situation the attendant just kept repeating herself and did not even try to accommodate me after renewing my contract for the third time. Lost money and customer at the same day.
