Michael worked cleaning the ring without my authorization and did not listen while I was calling to have the ring back. The new diamonds don't have the same quality as the original diamonds. I got ripped off.

Based on their positive reviews, we visited the GoldFellow Weston location. The entire process was easy, the price offered fair and more than expected. Before leaving the store, payment was Zelled to my account. Very pleasant staff and owner. Gold buyers often have a reputation for being dishonest and even a bit sleazy. GoldFellow is the total opposite. We would do business with them again and will recommend to friends.

So happy I ended up going to goldfellow :) everyone was very nice and overall great customer service and I’ve never felt so comfortable selling my jewelry till I’ve come here ? recommend 100% will be returning to sell the rest of my stuff ? really like that they spoke to me and told me about my jewelry overall, as any other place I’ve gone to just throws me a number / are rude and everyone at GF is so sweet and knowledgeable ?☺️

Great experience! Mary was very knowledgeable, she explain the process from beginning to end. Before arriving we made one stop and there were horrible, the company tried to rip us off. These folks are the real deal. I had done a lot of research, and GoldFellow had great reviews. I was still nervous, however, sending off my late father's class ring, among other sentimental items, but I had to. Even with a small hiccup in the PayPal process, Mary Hamilton helped me through the whole process, and in the end, it was smooth, and very pleasant. Not good, unfair I’m in precious metals as a investor and believer. the woman, who waited on me didn’t know that info... so she tried to offer me half the value of my Bullion, then when she knew I known about Gold melt value and price spread she tried to change her approach with me. Wow I will not be returning I believe in being honest and fair with people in business and I didn’t receive that here.
