11/15/2025 - Vehicle: 2016 Honda Odyssey -
Yellow Check Engine Light Turned On Along with Vehicle Stability Assist. Documenting my experience with this repair shop from estimate to hopefully repair experience. This review will be updated accordingly. Diagnostic will be performed on 11/17/2025. Update: Coils & Spark Plugs were replaced and i was able to get home safely. Service was great and quickly ( same day as diagnostic). I highly recommend this shop.

I got a front end alignment after replacing all the front end suspension and steering parts myself. It came out perfectly and my truck tracks straight and without the vibration it had before. Drives like new now with over 400k miles. They kept me updated with the mobile app and had it done within a few hours on a busy Friday

As someone new to the area, Great Bear was wonderful! Couldn’t recommend them more. Had my car towed in and they quickly found the issue. They were honest when they said the repair required was a recall and should go to the dealer for recall repairs, so I brought our other car in for breaks! In and out in less than a day with two day notice for the appointment! Next time we need something done we 100% will be back!
