While not as big as some of the other locations, they definitely have a decent size selection. Grace was our guide to the store and she is the best- knowledgeable, funny, and matter of fact.”

“My husband and I wanted a unique focal point around our pool area and viewed several nice options on www.safarithatch.com . We selected a 9 foot african reed thatch umbrella kit. We worked via phone and email with the Global Sales Manager, Todd who was very helpful and responsive answering our questions and sending quotes for several sizes and options initially for this type of umbrella. Todd knew that we wished to get everything shipped and at our property in Naples on a specific Friday so we had some time to install over the weekend. He went the extra mile to make sure that occurred. Assembly of this umbrella was enjoyable and pretty straight forward for us and I would say for most people who enjoy projects. All together, including placing and cementing the pole the first day the total project took us about three or four hours. This newly installed project is being enjoyed daily by us. A blonde curly haired woman talked me into applying for a credit card wig in was approved and though I do not like to shop; I ended up finding some cool swag to display for the Lunar New Year festival, otherwise known as Chinese New Year ( Year of the Dragon 2024) in my brokerage office. We have a worldwide international division with direct links to 20 countries so this is my jam.”

“Had a great shopping experience today at this gem of a boutique I discovered in Cooper City. It was previously Lisa's Closet, and the owner sold it to one of her customers who renamed it Esoterra Boutique. I was happy to see they maintained much of the same great quality and selection of items. The previous staff still works there as well. Today I met Karen for the first time, and she was absolutely lovely. I felt as though I was shopping with one of my good friends. I dislike pushy salespeople, and she was anything but that. Only good, honest suggestions and feedback. I left with some great little pieces that I can't wait to wear. Will definitely add this new local find to my list of go-to boutiques when looking for the perfect outfit. Shop local, and support small business always! :)”

“Went in here 2 days straight. Found it clean, organized and well stocked. There are a ton of merchandise in the store so much value to choose from. I appreciated the men's section bc I was on the hunt for clothes for my fast growing son. Other Ross' I've been to usually there have so little in the mens department.The dressing rooms were clean. “Waiting in parking lot for this place to open in thirty minutes. I suggest getting here early to shop since it does get busy. They offer a sit down food area with very good food court where you weigh your meal pay and eat. Need to return something usually a long line but it goes smooth just keep your receipt or have the credit card it was purchased with. Very good prices and decent furniture with easy to build instructions. Bought a five piece living room cabinet set and built it in three hours. Staff was very easy to deal with and used a computer generated system to build the living room design to scale. Very cool place...”

“Came here to return two beach dresses that I changed my mind on . Waiting on line hopefully it won't be to long. At the check out line they always have food stuff to temp you . They also have mask at different prices and hand sanitiser . I threw my receipt out by mistake hopefully they can look it up on my credit card. “I just visited the Pembroke Pines Floor and Decor for the first time today.Mr. Reece Mumford was the associate who assisted my husband and me as we searched for wall and floor tiles for a small home project. He was patient as we selected and then changed our minds regarding tile choices. He was knowledgeable about the products and professional. When there was not enough of one of the tiles we wanted in stock, he made repeated phone calls in order to locate another branch that has the tiles we wanted. We appreciated this. We were very pleased with our first experience at the store.”
