“I bought thousands of dollars of plumbing fixtures from Wools in 2007. My kohler bathroom trim busted and was corroded when i went to replace the valve. It was discontinued but wools still had some. Kohler sent a letter to wools and the replaced the $400. trim at no charge. Kohler also replaced a trim in my bathtub. They have a lifetime warranty for as long as you live in the house and they stand by their products. I have a double sink and would have had to replace a lot of trim to match my whole house. I appreciate Kohler and Wools plumbing”

“Leslie and the staff at Galeria were great. Had a couple of glitches with a special order but all were taken care of without a hitch even though it took some extra time to complete. The staff went out of there way to make sure we were 100% satisfied and even hand delivered the final vanity mirror once it had arrived at the store. Kudos to all the staff involved.”

“I needed some repair pieces to my Kohler toilet and had been to Home Depot with no luck because it was not a brand they carried so I went to Ferguson in Sunrise/Tamarac to see if they carried the replacement parts. I had taken some pictures of the back of my toilet because I knew I couldn't determine what the part numbers were. I had Wintavius special order one part and he was very nice. He looked at the photos and then looked up the part on his computer. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Quick and easy. I then figured out that I needed one more part so I returned to have Ricardo help me in pretty much the same way except this part didn't need to be ordered. He looked it up and then went to the area of the warehouse and pulled the item for me. Once again, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Ferguson for your unique plumbing needs. Thanks again.”

“Waiting in parking lot for this place to open in thirty minutes. I suggest getting here early to shop since it does get busy. They offer a sit down food area with very good food court where you weigh your meal pay and eat. Need to return something usually a long line but it goes smooth just keep your receipt or have the credit card it was purchased with. Very good prices and decent furniture with easy to build instructions. Bought a five piece living room cabinet set and built it in three hours. Staff was very easy to deal with and used a computer generated system to build the living room design to scale. Very cool place...”

“I just visited the Pembroke Pines Floor and Decor for the first time today.Mr. Reece Mumford was the associate who assisted my husband and me as we searched for wall and floor tiles for a small home project. He was patient as we selected and then changed our minds regarding tile choices. He was knowledgeable about the products and professional. When there was not enough of one of the tiles we wanted in stock, he made repeated phone calls in order to locate another branch that has the tiles we wanted. We appreciated this.
