“Stop!!! I can't believe this ... I have never!!! I mean, I have never!!! Can you say, that you've NEVER? But, when it FINALLY happens you can never say that you've never again! I've had many interactions with all types of businesses trying to make a purchase or get something resolved from a purchase. However, NEVER HAVE I EVER received such AMAZING customer service as I have with Kimberly at the Nob Hill location. She is AMAZING. Prior to my interaction with her I made many calls, I chatted online for help, I made calls to local T-mobile stores. But, when I called Kimberly she said, "let me take your number. I'll do some research. And I'll call you back." AND SHE DID!!!!! I was expecting she meant possibly a call in the future and maybe she would lose the paper she'd written my number on ... but, NO. She meant, now!!! And SHE DID IT. Her CUSTOMER SERVICE not only resolved my problem about why I hadn't received the newest internet router. But, she actually went ABOVE and BEYOND and researched WHY!!! Thank you, Kimberly. You are AMAZING!!!”

I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. The AT&T commercial team told me many claims that were not true, and the my bill increase 35% vs the information that the commercial team brought to me!2. They offered me a discount of 5 dollar monthly if I buy ARRP…. I did but 1 month after they change the aggreatment and they could be a cause I signed!!!!3.
