Took a HELOC at the Weston branch, Gloria Arteaga and Nancy Padilla took care of the process, excellent customer service, very helpful. My only claim is that Amerant did not keep my older loan at the interest that I had argued that I cannot have 2 HELOCS and that I needed to use the new one with a highest interest rate to pay the old one in full to have access to the new HELOC offer.

I have been banking at the Weston branch for a couple of years and love the personalize servisse I always receive. I recently obtained a Line of credit on my house and Natalie and Nancy Padilla guided me through the process, making it an incredible experience. I am very happy that I have found a Bank that still have traditional principles and greets you by your first name when you walk in. Thank you for your great service!

I don’t often write reviews, but the excellent service that I received from the team at Amerant Bank Weston location was AMAZING. I was referred to Mr. Millan at Amerant for auto financing. Mr. Millan along with his colleagues Natalia and Nancy, worked extremely hard to secure and close my financing in record time. I’m very thankful for them. This isn’t an “insider” review, just an extremely happy customer.
