Excellent service! The friendliness, professionalism and service are the best. All the employees who have helped me have been friendly and very professional, although it is usually Omar who does it, who is extremely friendly, trained and efficient. Also, the location is very good. It is easy to park and there are always spaces available. For all these reasons, I always recommend this branch to all customers. Thank you Ocean Bank Weston!

I’ve been banking with Ocean Bank for over 10 years, and I love the personalized service they provide! Their quick response, guidance, and attention is second to none. The Weston office is small and a pleasure to visit at any time. My account officer, Sylvia Mendietta, is always available and the absolute best. I would recommend Ocean Bank to anyone for personal or business accounts.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received from my account officer Sylvia Mendietta and the branch manager Mita Gonzalez. My account was compromised which resulted in an overdrawn balance. I made deposit(s) to my account to ensure that my scheduled bill payment was successful. Despite the fact that I brought my account current I was still charged overdraft fees. My account officer contacted me via email stating that there was a time sensitive matter Friday August 18th. I responded to her email and still had to place three calls to Customer Service before hearing back from her on Tuesday. Meanwhile I was informed that she had left a note on my account that she called and was unable to reach me.When she and I spoke she informed me that despite me bringing my account current that the valid ACH payment would be returned and I would have to make yet another deposit because I was still being charged overdraft fees. She claimed to not see my deposits, however recanted when I offered to email her screenshots of my account which clearly reflected them. After finally acknowledging that I made deposits Apple Pay was blamed for the discrepancy. Apparently when making a deposit even though we can see the deposit posted in our accounts the money is not actually there, which according to my account manager and the bank manager gives Ocean Bank to riddle my account with fees and they see fit. As it relates to the dispute that I filed I was told maybe in ten days there will be a response.Overall the customer service that I received from both women is horrendous. Ocean Bank has " 40 years of serving our community with transparency, dedication and personalized banking solutions." plastered on their website and billboard all over Miami their alleged mission is " To continue a longstanding history of superior service through the genuine exchange of mutual trust, loyalty and respect to help our customers achieve their financial goals." yet lack employees that will uphold their mantra.Three days after Sylvia Mendietta claimed to have asked her bank manager to reverse the fees on my account it had not been done and of coarse I did not receive any other calls or emails so again I reached out to her. She then stated that her manager hadn't responded so I asked to speak with her directly. Upon doing so she proceeded to be condescending and talk over me. When the conversation became argumentative I asked who I could speak with that was above her and she refused to provide with a name or contact information. They reverted back to the " not seeing any deposits" game. I ended the conversation and contacted customer service for the seventh or eighth time this week and spoke with Gabriel. I had spoken with him earlier in the week when Sylvia lied and said she couldn't get a hold of me and he said he would reach out to the branch on his own and call me back. In true Ocean Bank fashion the call did not happen. I say in true Ocean Bank fashion because I have requested now twice to change my account officer and branch. I hate that I didn't pursue it harder before. Now all I desire is for the money that was taken from my account fraudulently and the money that the bank fraudulently took in overdraft fees to be returned to me.I am not sure if I will still pursue changing account officers and which branch I'm assigned to or parting ways altogether. I've reported all of this to the CFPB and a the Federal Reserve Board. I can definitely say that if this is the location you are assigned to RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Now this bank is charging you five dollar a month for a statementThey're paying you 0.10% on a money market interest while others banks are paying 1.5% to 2%So I went today to close my account 1) they try not to pay the interest-rate from the first to the 15 of the month because it's their policy, it's not right money market interest rate are compounded daily and paid once a month2) They also tryed to charge me $10 for a cashiers check for closing my account which none of others banks does itFinally after arguing with them they paid the interest-rate and they didn't charge me for the cashier checkI will never deal with this bank again and I do not recommend it

Awesome customer service. Even with Covid they are there to serve you in person, even Without an Appointment (which is unheard of these days) I also bank with Wells (good luck with even a return phone call) and Bank of America (that at times just closes its doors)Highly recommend Ocean Bank if you want one to one attention as it used to be.

I want to compliment Susana Sangiovni for being such a personable banker and all around great person. She loves taking care of her customers and it shows. I got to see her presentation at the Weston Florida Chamber of Commerce’s Weston Leaders meeting today and I instantly wanted her as mine and my customers’ banker.
