“11/15/2025 - Vehicle: 2016 Honda Odyssey -
Yellow Check Engine Light Turned On Along with Vehicle Stability Assist. Documenting my experience with this repair shop from estimate to hopefully repair experience. This review will be updated accordingly. Diagnostic will be performed on 11/17/2025. Update: Coils & Spark Plugs were replaced and i was able to get home safely. Service was great and quickly ( same day as diagnostic). I highly recommend this shop.”

I called ahead and was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour—and they were right on time. They inspected and repaired the tire quickly, and had my car ready in about 15–30 minutes after that. “My tires needed to be rotated and I was in quandary on where to go because many of shops would rotate the tires from $25 all the way up to $50, not knowing that I would never do business with them because of these prices. I happen to drive by Mavis Tires and was greeted by Marlin. Very professional and courteous. I asked how much to rotate my tires and he said it was the companies policy to keep the customer safe and rotation and brake check were free. I was so surprised that a company would put the customers needs before there own. Needless to say, this gesture just solidified my commitment to purchase my tires here. They may or may not be the least expensive location to buy tires but there company's policy to put the customer's safety first has sold me and I will be buying my tires for my car and my wife's truck here going forward. All I can is thank you for the outstanding care and consideration I received and for that simple act they have my business. Well done Marlin and Mavis Tire for acquiring a customer for life.”

“I have a 2014 Mazda 3 Sport with 111,000 miles on it and I was warned by the dealer 40,000 miles ago that my entire front suspension was shot. I drive for my full time job 500 Miles per week and my side hustle with Uber on weekends. The ride was miserable. Clunking and rattles and hitting every crack in the road like a pothole. I don’t have excess money To pay for a whole front end suspension as the mechanics quoted that I saw $4,000 a $5,000. My neighbors on Facebook referred me to this shop Bob’s Automotive. I dealt with Mike a straight shooter and he even took pictures of how shot my struts and parts in the front in. He also said I needed rear brake pads and rotors. I went for it. Mike keeps you posted all during the repair with updates. They were able to everything the first Saturday but the control arms and Alignment. So I brought it back the next week to finish the job but before they did that, the first week after their repair the Mazda was driving better than it did when it was brand new!!! And price wise I can tell you parts labor taxes pit the door was about 1/2 what the lower quotes I received. This is great to have reliable honest repair shop in sunrise 6 minutes from my apartment and a place that I will bring all my cars to and refer all my neighbors to as well Trust what they say trust the pricing is fair. And the work is Done and your parts and labor are guaranteed for a period of time. I will use this shop for any future repairs this Mazda 3 needs. No questions asked. And the open for Saturday morning 7am-12 noon”

“Awesome experience at the service center at Sawgrass Ford! I scheduled my appointment online and was assigned Jose to be my service advisor. Right off the bat he was extremely courteous and personable and explained the estimated wait for my truck to be serviced. He informed about the shuttle service that they offer and I was able to take advantage of it and was driven home so that I could continue my work from home while they worked on my car.
