I haven't been able to sleep for a week using magnesium and it keeps me awake. Now I have insomnia. Very bad product. I have bought other magnesium in stores and I have never had this problem. I will never use these products again.

I have actually tried almost all of them, and all the ones I have tried have worked 100% for me.I had problems sleeping, body aches, inflammation, hair loss, I had a few pounds. Additional features. I don't have any of these problems anymore!I have been using them for 2 months and I really have no complaints about any of them.The shipment arrives between 3 and 5 days without problems.

My preferred product from Paleo is Magnesium Intracell. I have been taking it for the past few months and have noticed an important improvement in my sleep quality. Basically since I started taking the product I have been able not only to sleep much better (not waking up every few hours) and when the morning come, I feel rested and with the necessary energy to start my day. At the same time it has helped a lot with my back pain after doing some regular cleaning/maintenance chores in my house.
