I went into this PNC branch today, 10/23/2023 everyone was so nice, it scared me. I left feeling happy and I would like show my Gratitude! Daniel the Business Specialist is very detailed and knowledgeable. Thank you for the heartfelt welcoming and treatment.

What should have been a happy moment opening my daughters first checking account turned into a frustrating day. Walked in around 1:15. We were greeted and asked how we could be helped. I said we need to open an account for my daughter, the first few things were we close at 2PM and you need an appointment to open an account. I am aware you close at 2pm.The lobby was empty. The solution I was given is it can be done online. Come to find out you cannot do it online with a US passport, you need a FL ID or Drivers License. I never go into branches, I have multiple personal and business accounts, and yet the 1 time I go into a branch nothing gets accomplished.In my opinion, being that I have been a PNC client since they came to Florida, you would think they would do the right thing and help take care of this. Thank you PNC Weston for helping.

The people in this branch is so nice and helpful. I went before to pibes branch and let me tell you the guy at front nice but the lady that is the notary is so unfriendly. All people in weston branch is nice and they are ready to help you in any way they can. My experience in weston was so pleasant, I can't say same in pines branch

Everyone at this branch is incompetent, clearly they do not know anything about banking and to a terrible job. Claudia the branch manager, barely speaks english, Phillip, a banker at the branch clearly is not qualified to hold a job at the banking industry, and Robert I believe is not even qualified to hold a job flipping burgers. Terrible experience, terrible everything, no definitive answer to any issue. all excuses.

Fantastic team!! This is my first time with a PNC bank account and can't see the reason of the other reviews. The last review was about 8 months ago and I asked and they explained to me that the entire team was changed about 6 months ago. Really helpful professionals; they guided me through the process of changing passwords, making deposits and understanding my accounts. I didn't have to wait at all, not even 2 minutes. Andrew Guz was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended branch!!

Waited fir ten minutes at the drive thru only person there. Go inside no tellers. We dont have tellers you can sit down and wait for a specialist to take your deposit. After 20 minutes i'm just going to another bank. If PNC have all changed like this say good bye to me.

No excuse no reason why you guys couldn't help me when I lost my id and wallet. As I'm waiting for a replacement I obviously need money to go get an ID and this location denied me of even taking out a little bit of my money. I've went to Aventura PNC ft Lauderdale 4th st with NO problem I can verify all my.transactions and being given that it is good to verify and protect my account as it's your job to also understand my.circumstancds. white skinny guy in the office the young one. Needs to get another job cause he was Little from understanding and didn't even try to ask his supervisor. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I felt like he didn't care or even tried yet I got help at another PNC bank. Thanks for nothing. Fyi this was two days ago. I'm still upset about it never coming back to this weston location even tho I live here in the area right now y'all can kick rocks

Love PNC bank overall. This location (Weston) not so much. Not enough staff to cover basic banking customer requests. Shame. Will stick to my east side PNC branches.

There were many problems with PNC Bank, I will try to make it simple: I opened a bank account because I bought a car from Toyota dealership and I got a 6.09% (3 months no payments) with 700 score, which I consider high interest. I opened a bank at the branch, because Bank promised me I can get an extra 0.25% (like 5.84%) if I have a direct deposit so I did connected, and also I was promised online and over the phone and even in person at bank that if I open the virtual Wallet I could get 300$ for new user. It was all lie, even qualifying for those promotions, I did not receive anything. Customer support over the phone tell you one thing, and bank representatives tell you always a different story, like they have different training, or rules are different among them. So they told me to open a bank account, customer support told me to go to the branch, I wasted time driving for all your fradulent practices. Stop Lying!

I am very disappointed, I wanted to give a try to a different bank, same bank as I have my car loan. They told me to come and open a checking account so I can get a 0.25% discount while doing automated transfer, they also told me to have my direct deposit connected to get 300$, they opened a Virtual Wallet (so they get commission) and it was all a LIE. Beware people, they can be as bad as WellsFargo liars. Liars!
