I called several times with concerns about my property in storage. Linda called me back and addressed all my concerns. She was very polite and professional, offering me a helping hand and a game plan to address any future issues I may have.. Linda was Amazing and with customer service like that I see no reason to go anywhere else

Clean, easy parking, trolleys available by the entrance, very smooth setup process (access the same day) and actually very happy about the service. So why a 2 star review? Price increase. We started off paying less than $300 per month in January and once we had fully moved in they price increase by more than $100 to over $400 per month which is a substantial percentage increase. If this is a tactic applied to customers once the move out cost is significant or if this was just a random price increase and we were unlucky, I don’t know. But this felt dishonest and we decided to part ways. I would exercise caution before you get too comfortable with a place like this. We were planning on renting here for years to come, but we can’t work with a company like this (who knows when the next price bump is coming - we certainly don’t). There were a few cockroaches and the toilet was always out of service. There were no trash cans anywhere (which I actually do understand). But we were overall happy with the service - lack of price transparency was the only major hiccup.
