Ive been a customer since 2007 from South Miami and now in Weston...I would like to complain at the corporate to please put more carts at this location.People are fighting for 2 that they have in there and maybe a front desk attendant .Covid is been done..why do we have carts and employee shortages .Place is super clean but I dont feel Safe and its uncomfortable going there because theres no one is attending the area.Its a complete ghosttown. People need help for whatever questions regarding account or any possible issues.ll give 3 stars on that.I want to give big compliments to JOHN whose on the other location accross the street ..hes an exceptional employee.He cares for customer and loves his job.he went out his way to help me out to check something for me on my unit at this location while he was busy on the other place.I felt safe and secure knowing he was there even for a short period of time.I appreciate it so much and for that I woud luke to give him 5 stars!!!!

Avoid this location unless you get a unit in the 1st floor. Elevators are constantly out of order and there is nobody around to help. Management is only accessible remotely by phone and when you call, it goes straight to Voicemail.

The app is just wonderful. Everything is on there except for before. Where are your unit is at they should probably fix that. The elevators are not in good condition. Same day I was moving in the elevator mechanic had an attitude with me. He wanted to shut both elevators down without considering Customer Service. As for customer service itself, a lot needs to improve. The manager seems to be overwhelmed with three locations and blames it on that. Nobody answers the phone, but she did mention that if I leave a message she'll get back to me. Not very useful when you actually need to speak to someone about something urgent right? Nowadays, nobody wants to speak over the phone, but it is a necessary step to customer service. The restroom was locked and I was on able to remove myself after moving in to the storage. Everybody was parked on the loading zone, even though there's signs that say, do not park.. an automated location like this cannot be ran this way.

John was so helpful and a 5-star in customer service!! We initially underestimated how much space we would need for all our stuff. Luckily we came across John working that day and he helped us transfer to a larger space. It made a smoother & stress free move for us!

Place does what it's suppose to. It holds your stuff in a cool clean environment. Only lost a star cause people are always taking the trolls so it can be frustrating to show up and have to lug everything by hand.

Please address the faulty fire safety equipment that may not operate properly should a fire occur. This lack of operation can destroy people's property and probably cause injury if people are inside. Issues going on for months since move in.Fire alarm panel, front door jamming, shaky noisy elevator, and leaking back flow.

⚠️ ???? ???? ⚠️: This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had in storage rentals. As you can see below I changed a review a year ago over issues that arose, but this property AND the one next to it are managed by the same person. Multiple issues and complaints. One night I was removing some of my property and the gate locked for the night without us noticing. I got on the phone and corporate said they could open for me just so I can put my stuff back in and close the unit. After they saw my account, they said they wouldn't do it for me. So they can but not for me? My stuff stayed in the hall of the place and I had to cancel a trip next day to go back and secure my items. I have called the front desk and NEVER received call backs. I have visited during "office hours" to speak to someone and no one is there. I would never recommend ANYONE rent here. I attached pictures of how filthy the location is, today I spoke with 3 tenants and they all had the same complaints. Maybe this is ok in other storage locations, but in Weston this should be unacceptable. REVIEWED 2020: Property manager contacted me and resolved issues. I still believe corporate has the worst customer service. It has been 1 week and still no call back. The manager explained her particular situation on site and I completely understood. Corporate should provide better care of their customers and give the very professional manager at this location additional employees and better equipment. How can phones be down regularly in 2020? Give your manager a raise and fix your customer care department.

They start you off at an inexpensive rate, Then raise the rate every 6 months by $5. With No cap It's as though they're fining you for renting their units for more than 6 months. I rent a tiny 5x5 unit. They had a special...started off a $28. Great deal. 6 months later I pay $33. I'm now at $42 & change. I called and asked whether they would keep raising the price with no end, which doesn't seem fair being the smallest unit the rent. The person in the office said, "yes" every 6 months with No cap. No one said this to me when I rented the unit, though I'm sure it was hidden in the fine print. Not a nice way to treat customers. I will be moving my few things somewhere that values a customer who pays a month ahead & needs just a small unit. The storage facility itself is clean, the employees nice. I think they should disclose the raising of the rent every 6 months before people store their property in one of the units.

I have rented a storage space from here for many years. Linda has been the property manager since I can remember. There are no words to describe what a wonderful feeling it is to have someone in her position take the time for friendly conversation, to get to know me and always be happy to see me! I travel a LOT for a living and it hasn't been easy. Sometimes when I visit my space, I'm exhausted, overwhelmed, sentimental, or just plain sad. Linda helps me with everything I need, makes me feel confident that my things are in a great place AND she makes me leave with a smile in my heart and on my face. She goes above and beyond, every time!!
