Nightmare pharmacy! They tell you prescriptions are not in stock when in fact they are. Go elsewhere or be ready to argue to finally get something as simple as a thyroid medicine. Pharmacist Tuan is saying mishaps are due to busy holidays. I have been having an issue for months so that excuse is ridiculous. Address the insufficiencies cause you are tarnishing the Publix pharmacy experience for me as well as who knows how many others!!! Professionalism is severely lacking!!!

Love this store. What should I watch one closer to me in Newport News. You can always find everything you need in this one store. The deli is particularly wonderful. And service is always top-notch.

Big shout out to Bobby in the produce section. He made sure I got the best fruit (i might’ve been up sold ?) He always goes above and beyond. Love this Publix. Customer service is 5 star. Thank you Bobby for your help always

vinny from the meats section helped me out alot with an awesome attitude! I could not find any ground pork or lamb and he offered me help by grounding some lamb and pork.

Every time I leave this Publix, I promised myself I am going to write a yelp review as soon as I get home. Today was finally the day that I did it. The customer service at this Publix is like none I've ever seen before. I worked for Publix for six years, and know how unpleasant it can be at times. Every single person at the store goes above and beyond every single time to be kind. They remember you every single time too. Such a nice experience! Shopping truly is a pleasure at the store. I am sorry but I cannot let this pass by. I went to buy $40 formula for my baby as well as other goods at this Publix. At first everything was fine, the cashier was this young teenager girl with black hair and glasses on 07/22/22 around 9 pm. The 2 customers before me looked at this girl in confusion and I did not pay any mind until it was my turn, realizing that she wasn't bagging any groceries. After I paid, she pushed my groceries to the side and said have a great night. When I asked if she was going to bag them she replied saying "Sorry it's late". Never coming back. Sad beceauae there are plenty of people looking for a job. Please show these employees a little customer service for such a simple job.

Poor costumer service! If you are looking for a friendly local Publix don't waste your time and energy visiting this Publix. I rather drive across Weston than for people to rude to me. Try to speak to the manager about the situation and she didn't even care. Shopping at this Publix is NOT A PLEASURE.

Excelent service every time. The employees are always helpful and really helpful. Every employee says hello and asks if help is needed. The cashiers are great, they make small talk while checking out and make sure you leave a hundred percent satisfied.

I love this Publix! Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is organized and offer a lot of options. Their Pub Subs are hands down the best. The cashiers are always friendly and talkative.

Worst Publix experience ever. Lines for subs are 30+ minutes. Had to ask for a manager when I was there just to get a sub made after 45 minutes and then they put hot peppers on the sub, instead of banana peppers. Worst customer service ever! This location needs some quality control and customer service!

Busy plaza. We had to park far away. It was raining so we saw some people driving up on the sidewalk to drop people off at the various businesses which I personally find bold. We ran in quickly for flowers. The flowers we got were fresh, beautiful and the recipient was super happy with them!

They are always friendly and customer orientated. I rarely have to wait for my meds. If they don't have my families medication in stock they call me right away or tell me when I drop off the script.

NOT ONE EMPLOYEE SAID HELLO OR GOOD MORNING WHILE SHOPPING AT THIS PUBLIX for over an hour. I've never experienced anything like that before. Publix employees are usually very polite and friendly. That wasn't the case here. The store is very nice and well organized but the customer and employee interaction is lacking that includes MANAGEMENT.
