They have no idea about their markdowns, old lady at the register made me go back to take a picture of the sign then made me do the line again at customer service to do the right thing!! Avoid this Publix of you can, save yourself a headache

Very nice location, organized and clean!
Even though I love how Publix takes care of their stores, one thing for sure is that they are not cheap at all, some items are at 100-200% markup!!!
But one must know where and what to shop, and one thing is certain, their produce and natural products are of good quality!

Good supermarket, spacious, well-stocked and a great variety of natural products, the vegetables and legumes department is very good, it has a bakery and takeaway service, and a well-served delicatessen.

I was having a great Sunday and after a party at urban air with the family we decided to do the Publix sandwiches which we love. It was all going well I got the sandwiches and my wife got the rest of the groceries needed to get the week going. There was absolutely no one to pay there was only one register and another one so we went to the closest one and when we were going to unload. Liz in a very rude way tells us that this register was for 10 items or more. Already flustered by the situation we moved to another register one that could be open. But this is happening with no one else to pay anything this is on a Sunday at 4:00 pm. So a guy that is talking to Liz named Devin. Turns on the next register and asks us to go there. Liz had nothing else to do now. So we ended up having to move. He started scanning all of the products but the weight machine now breaks and Devin tells us to go to the 10 items or less register. That’s when I couldn’t stand the situation Now we had to use that line. And I said NO. When Devin said “ So you don’t want the items then”. I asked for the manager and they reacted like they didn’t understand so I went and talked to someone that was dressed different and said that he was one of them. I explained but he didn’t really say anything he apologized but I can tell he wasn’t really worried about it. Publix has always been solid about customer kindness and service. These guys were not.

Usually good. Would prefer staff change gloves between customers at deli. , however I when I ask them to do it, they do. Staff are nice, store is clean.
