Went in to make changes to a bank due to a booster organization officer change. On the first visit, the two bankers sitting at the front seemed irritated that a customer visited at 9:15am (guess I was disturbing their conversation, newspaper reading and coffee). Felt as if they wanted to get me out as soon as possible, by stating a “policy” that all the people on the account had to be present to add someone to the account (however, one signatory can close the account and withdraw all the funds. Does that make sense?).
Had to coordinate with 3 officers of the organization and go in 3 times to get the needful done. Would’ve changed banks if not for the fact that it’s a non-profit organization account where I’m a volunteer.
Hope I don’t need to go back to the Regions Weston branch again!

Went to take care of some things for my job, the place had one customer in there, everyone else was too busy on their phone or socializing with one another. When I walked to the counter I asked for change and then the lady behind the counter (no name tag) said just change? I responded yes & then I had a follow up request/question about deposit slips, she rolled her eyes, handed her coworker the slips and her coworker replied with “just change” and they laughed.Out of all of my experiences being in a bank, this was my least favorite. Not only was the atmosphere unwelcoming, but to top it off the service wasn’t the best. If you don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work in a customer facing position, especially at a bank where the customers literally keep the place afloat.

If you’re having an issue with your account, don’t bother coming into this location the woman sitting at the first desk, named Yari who answers you with an attitude as soon as you walk into the building when I answered her that I was looking to see a teller regarding my check being placed on hold. She automatically answers me that there is nothing they can do about that and that is because of their back office she has me sit down knowing she’s not looking to assist me continued to repeat that she can’t lift a hold and answered everything with a tone as if I’m was a bother I explained that I was far from my home location but they’ve lifted the hold at other location she was not trying to help and continued telling me that I need to go back to my home location and even they can’t lift it when that was false very uncomfortable and not a very welcoming place or environment If you need help, don’t come here switch banks while you can. This company will place your checks on hold for 10 days with no authority over a back office, and then their employees won’t lift the hold.

I bank at Regions since it opened in South Florida. At the Weston’s office where I reside have been always treated professionally, timely and efficiently. Never have to wait too long to be taken care at the cashier or to access my safe deposit box . Highly recomendable for the friendly personalized service.

They do not honor their commitments! I decided to open an account here because of a promotion. I did it online the last day of the promotion, but my transfer of funds did not go through that day. I called customer service and was told the account was open, but I needed to go to the local branch to make a deposit the next day. I went to the Weston Branch the next morning like I was told & made a cash deposit. I specifically asked if I would recieve the bonus even though it was the day after money had been deposited. I was assured everything was fine and to just do all the other steps to qualitify. I deposited a large check online to begin using this account as my primary, but my deposit was frozen for over a week. Fast forward 3 months and I still did not recieve my bonus. When I called they said I opened the account after the promotion ended. I explained the situation and was assured it shouldn't be a problem and they would call me back. However, I never got a call back and I had to call back 2 weeks later. They said they could not honor the bonus since branch manager denied it because I did not open the account during the promotion. (I DID!) To top things off, I got a call right away the day my balance became 0 because I wanted to close the account. I told the lady that called I was closing my account because they are not honorable and she said she'd do it and hung up on me. I recieved no email or confirmation that the account was closed. They are rude, lie, and do not follow though!
