The service was awful. I was completely clueless about hair dyes, and the woman working there should have been able to assist me, but she was extremely unhelpful and had a terrible attitude.

The opening hours are incorrect on Google maps I arrived within the hours described, there were two employees in the store and they didn't want to help me, they should correct the hours or follow what is described here

When my teenager wanted to refresh her color, I knew that spending a couple of hundred dollars for professional services wasn't an option, especially during hard economic times.If you've never been to Sally's, I encourage you to go and browse through. In addition to beauty supplies, they have many products you wouldn't even think they would carry, like studs and nose rings.Sally's ships free in the U.S. for orders over $35, including APO/FPO military addresses. They have a 2-hour local delivery service, and curbside pickup in some locations.This store in the Weston/Southwest Ranches area is pristine and the manager pleasant and very helpful. Over and above the 20% off on the four boxes of color we needed—essentially giving us one free box—we signed up for their rewards program to save on future products. Upon checkout, we got under-eye and hair samples to boot! So...not only did we save but you could say that we also earned!
