When my teenager wanted to refresh her color, I knew that spending a couple of hundred dollars for professional services wasn't an option, especially during hard economic times.If you've never been to Sally's, I encourage you to go and browse through. In addition to beauty supplies, they have many products you wouldn't even think they would carry, like studs and nose rings.Sally's ships free in the U.S. for orders over $35, including APO/FPO military addresses. They have a 2-hour local delivery service, and curbside pickup in some locations.This store in the Weston/Southwest Ranches area is pristine and the manager pleasant and very helpful. Over and above the 20% off on the four boxes of color we needed—essentially giving us one free box—we signed up for their rewards program to save on future products. Upon checkout, we got under-eye and hair samples to boot! So...not only did we save but you could say that we also earned!

terrible store, has nothing, also biggest reason i'm giving it one star rn is because they don't allow in store pickup like it isn't the 21st century. i get that weston is still stuck in the 1600s plantation times and have amish level technological advancement (so, none) but it doesn't make sense why a store operated presumably by relatively young individuals wouldn't be able to understand how to make "in store pickup" an available option, especially in 2021. unfortunately i have to walk inside the store, interact with the staff for longer than i have to, and scour for items that they probably don't have because this sallys, like many of the establishments in weston, sucks.

Worst experience ever. The employer that was supposed to be helping me wasted my time, and at the end of the day I couldn’t even find the hair dye I was looking for. Trying to avoid a bad moment, I guessed and went to buy one that she “recommended” me. When I went to pay, she said that I had to buy a bag, which is just absurd. I tried talking to her so I could understand why I had to pay for a bag, and instead of explaining or having patience she threw me one, said “here you can get it for free”, and walked away, ignoring me. The manager had to come and explain why I had to buy the bag. I asked for a refund and at first they didn’t give me the whole amount, so I had to go back to ask for my money back. The worst experience I’ve ever had with them.

Extremely B A D !!!! service... They are rude and unprofessional... I hope the manager can do something to help this people to learn how to treat their costumers... I will never come back again!!!
