Very good service!!! I believe that the manager has doing a great work empowering their team! I change my mobile operator service from AT&T to TMobile for many reasons:1. The AT&T commercial team told me many claims that were not true, and the my bill increase 35% vs the information that the commercial team brought to me!2. They offered me a discount of 5 dollar monthly if I buy ARRP…. I did but 1 month after they change the aggreatment and they could be a cause I signed!!!!3. All month my bill change, ok 12 to 18 dollars not a big problem but why why why if I have some lines did you change the value preposition!!!!???Now I am with Tmobile, the bill is exactly what I expect…. Catherine light eyes blonde hair gal was not very attentive. We came to ask some questions how much our down payment and monthly bill would be and she and when we thought she was helping us she was actually helping someone else. When she saw she wasn’t going to make a sale today she became very dismissive and completely ignored. Very rude

The staff at this location is totally unprofessional. We went to migrate from Sprint to T-Mobile and it was a frustrating experience. Sebastian treated us very badly. He never explained anything to us, he did everything without speaking. I had to be asking him to find out, while he was watching a football game on the phone in our faces, without trying to hide the screen of his phone. the manager was right next to him and said nothing to him. He only made us waste our time, due to his lack of communication and not helping us at all. Result, next day we switched to another company. T-MOBILE you should choose your team better. You guys lost a 5-year 6-line family plan on Sprint.

My husband and I was on vacation Sept.10, 2022. And visit this T mobile. The service here was super wonderful! The young man Sebastian knew his products very well and was very helpful. A very honest young man as well.

As soon as I walked in into the store, I was quickly and nicely greeted by Randy. He took care of my problem in a very efficient way. I got a new phone and he was kind enough to even put in the Sim card on the new phone and transfer my contacts from the old one.I would highly recommend this store. Best service ever. Thank you Randy!
