decent enough bank and they seem to get the job done, mind u im 22. giving only 3 stars tho cuz the gd atm at the front of the building half the time is down. nice ppl tho, when i opened my account a year ago it was quick and easy.

This bank has been a nightmare to deal with. I made a simple error on a check and they flagged it as fraud without notifying me. This set off a chain reaction of me finding that the check was denied, all my bill pay set-up was deleted, no Zelle or transfers of any kind were allowed and my ATM card didn't. Almost 4 weeks of me calling to clarify and each time being transferred to the Fraud Dept and being told there was no reason for the hold and the account would be right within 2 hours. I closed my account today; after $300.+ in fees to them and the payees for the transactions they denied for no reason. When the Fraud Dept finally got their act together and I got an appt at the local branch to bring the proof required - they closed the branch for "an emergency" and never canceled my appt. No regard whatsoever from anyone in this establishment when they have the benefit to use your money; no they have the nerve to withhold it from you and cause you more pain! Thanks for nothing Well today I finally got to close my account. Good riddance TD - you should have stayed in Canada instead of screwing up people's lives.

This bank and specially this branch sucks!!! They refused to paid a 4 thousand dollars check from a BUSINESS account. They said they dont have the enough money at 12pm!??! F*** it.

Do not use this bank. I just spoke with the branch Manager. He could care less about helping me. I have three accounts at TD Bank. As soon as I can I am going to change to another bank. They do not know how to treat customers. I give them zero stars

Just walked in to TD Bank asked if I could bring my pet dog Teddy in with me , Eddie cashier said of course and offered some treats to Teddy . TD Bank loves Teddy I love TD Bank . It was just a great experience after that getting what I came in for.

I have a few accounts with them, this is the second time I went to this branch during the weekend to get some documents notarized and they don't have no one who can't do it during the weekend.

The folks working here need better training, to add someone to an account was taking over an hour before we called it quits. Not to open an account, to simply add someone, who was already in the system to an account and we had all needed documentation. I've worked at a bank for several years, this isn't hard. They seems nice enough there just no clue what they are doing.

ATM. Doesn't disperse cash? Inconvenient. Next closest one 6.3 miles. Ugh!!!! The bank I opened up an account for my son closed so I came to university near the walk and was able to deposit but it was out of cash. So doubly inconvenient.

First time in this location to make a deposit. Was greeted by two employees soon as I entered the lobby. Both tellers seemed nice professional and deposit went quick with no issues. I had a few questions about my new checking account and they both answered my questions right away. They seemed knowledgeable about the products offered from TD and my accounts in general. So far as new TD Bank customer I am happy. I have had a TD Ameritrade Apex account for about 13 years and never in issue there as well.

STAY AWAY from this Branch! HORRIBLE customer service! Have waited more than 5 minutes just to have a teller appear behind the teller window! Don't EVER try to deposit a check that isn't IDENTICAL to the name on your account! They will flag your account as a 'high alert' and treat you like a criminal every time you return. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Aweful!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!
