Staff is friendly however they have to be the slowest bank I have ever been in. Don’t think we will be TD bank clients much longer.

AVOID!!!! I came into the bank to deposit a check and to withdraw money. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes while waiting for two tellers (who had one customers each) to be served. I was the very next person in line and I waited patiently. When it was my turn, the teller tells me that she can only take my deposit, but not my withdrawal and that I would have to go to the next teller to do the withdrawal. She hands the next teller my check for withdrawal -who then tells me that she will do it after I complete my deposit. Then she serve the next person. I was already annoyed because I had to wait 10 minutes in line but said nothing thinking that her serving the next person would be quick. That wasn’t the case! I ended up completing my deposit and then standing back in line to get the withdrawal. I was in the bank for 20 minutes to make a quick deposit and a quick withdrawal and I was the very next person in line. How is this OK? When I said to the one teller, I’d like to speak to your manager, she said to me, you will have to wait for him. Again annoyed, I said nothing I finished my transactions turned around and walked out. I ran next-door to pick up lunch and then went back to the bank (about 15 minutes) and the manager was still not available. Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I will be looking for a different branch and if that TD Branch doesn’t provide better Customer Service, I will be changing banks. Very poor customer service!

I opened a new account in April last year that TD Bank gives me a bonus. Even after 8 months, my bonus was not deposited and I visited the bank last December and this February. I wrote an e-mail to a bank employee who said he would contact me after checking it and wrote an e-mail directly to the bank, but there is no answer so far, a year later. It's amazing how you can be so irresponsible. The staff was very busy the day I opened my new account, and he seems to have made a mistake, but no one is responsible.

decent enough bank and they seem to get the job done, mind u im 22. giving only 3 stars tho cuz the gd atm at the front of the building half the time is down. nice ppl tho, when i opened my account a year ago it was quick and easy.

I have had TD bank for several years now, but this branch has the worst customer service I have had in ANY bank. The manager will pick a fight with customers and doesn't listen to what you are saying. Honestly, they have to change their staff, Today I went to do the same transaction in another branch and they helped me out just fine. Yesterday I was yelled at by the manager at the end he did what I asked for, after I had to repeat myself 3 times because he simply did not listen.

Absolutely worst branch ever! Every time I walk in I'm instantly remindee that going there is a mistake. I will now avoid it at all cost. My bad experiences include the branch setting up a telephone pin that I was never given, signing in online for in store service and when they're system showed that there was no one in front of me I still had to wait for almost an hour because they had to honor people with appointment first, and those people never stopped coming in somehow. My transaction would literally take 1 min because I only need to sign a wire transfer authorization that was already on file. Worst part? They were the ones that screwed up to begin with. Every time I had to do a wire transfer I always had to go back because they either messed up the branch number or somehow they realize, an hour later, that my signature didn't match what they have on file. So I'd have to drive back, again. They also take twice, if not thrice, as long as other branches for a simple task. The word Incompetent doesn't even begin to cover the ineptitude of the people that work in this branch. The only exception is Andrea, she's the only competent and courteous person, if she still works there.

I've been going to the Weston branch for years and for the most part I've always had a positive experience. Today I decided to bring my dog with me and Alex a had a doggy treat bag for her it was so cute. I will never leave this bank I love how the people who work there remember their clients and their families Alex and Andrea always ask how we are doing and ask about my little girl. That's customer service!!!!!!!!
