Great gym overall. Been going for over a year and I’ve never had a complaint. The owner is a great guy who is constantly upgrading equipment. Great staff and environment.

Thankful for this gym everyday. Love this place and appreciate their holiday hours. Weights are always organized and owners keep the teenage kids in check. Gym members are polite and respectful, unlike commercial gyms. They have the best stair machines and treadmills on the market.
