We have two crazy jack russells that have ALWAYS been treated with love, kindness and compassion by Dr Longo and his entire staff. We have boarded multiple times with them and my tornados always come home healthy, happy and still crazy! They are 10 years old now and we ONLY take them to VCA Weston. The staff are trustworthy and caring, couldn’t say better things about them. We previously had taken our lab Lucy there for 10 years before she crossed over the rainbow bridge. Your little (or big) fur babies will be well treated and cared for at this facility. Can’t ever thank them enough!

Amazing experience with the front desk, technicians, and Dr. Rodriguez! What a breath of fresh air. Can tell they actually care about my dog and that her health is the priority not about making money like other vets. They made a forever customer out of me!

My favorite animal hospital of all time. Not only have I worked in one of the finest animal hospitals on the west coast of Florida, but I also worked in animal rescue for years. So I have a ton of experience with veterinary hospitals. No hospital I have been to can compare to VCA Weston. Dr. Longo has treated my French Bulldog for years, and the level of care is the finest I could ever ask for. She has had complex issues, and Dr. Longo always exceeds my expectations with how he treats her. He always thinks outside the box, and has been the only doctor to solve her complex issues while putting me at ease. He has helped me with my other pets with emergencies too. He always puts my mind at ease. He is patient and kind and loving. I have personally been present for other emergencies as well and the hospital always handles everything incredibly. The nurses are wonderful as well! I also can’t forget to include their wonderful kennel staff! I can’t say enough about this hospital. They provide the most professional, loving, personalized experience. Thank you for all you do for me and my babies!

We brought a new puppy that we purchased to have her first check up with Dr. Garcia. Everyone was incredibly sweet and welcoming to us. Dr Garcia performed a thorough exam on our puppy & quickly picked up on some significant health concerns with our puppy. While the appointment didn’t go as planned, we are incredibly grateful to Dr Garcia for alerting us to these concerns, which ultimately led to us returning the puppy. It was a very difficult decision, but the right decision for our family. Thank you to Dr Garcia and the amazing staff for your expertise & kindness to our family, it’s truly appreciated.

This is THE BEST Veterinary place I have ever been… with all the kindness and exclusivity and care … I recommend it 100%… I drove 1 hour and 30min. there after been in a place where they traumatized my pet … as for now they are my only option so I don’t mind to drive every timeMy furry child needs medical attention … feeling grateful for Dr. Longo who gave us the opportunity to learn about what was needed and take care of … very professional!

Avoid this vet office at all costs. Dr. Longo will not listening to your concerns and most likely immediately jump to conclusions about diagnoses. We basically had to beg him to do imaging on my kitten, who has sudden onset of incontinence (fecal and urine), only for him to storm out of the room and never come back in. He initially told us it was probably from her spay and to give it 6 months and come back. 6 months to do what, let her pee and poop in my house? We were told it takes 2-3 days to get results for the images we begged for. Called back 4 business days later to be told the results were in within 2 days, but never received any call. The receptionist, without any clue about what is going on, says “oh with Dr. Longo no news is good news.” Well how about the fact that I’m looking for answers as to why my kitten all of a sudden is ruining my house, so yeah, finding nothing on imagining is SUCH GOOD NEWS?! Right. When Dr finally called, he left a voicemail saying everything was fine, but never offered an idea as to what the next step or option should be. HORRIBLE service. We had another vet look at the images taken at this place and were told the images were done poorly and should be repeated. Waste of my time and my money. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE, especially avoid Longo if you care about your animals. You are welcome.

Nurse was mad rude, felt like I was getting scammed out my a**. The vibes of the place are off overall. Some people don’t wanna work there (it’s easy to tell) and when you lack love for your craft / profession, you don’t care about the receiving end of the deal.Edit:Got called about my review, not any apologies, really, just asking me to delete it, so I’m being more thorough.Regardless, Dr. Garcia was good. Bonnie was great. I know it’s good to focus on the brighter side of things, but when living things are on the line (especially dogs) I can’t just stay silent.Avoid this place at all costs.

This review is for the groomer not for the vets who have been great and who we trust. Lulu the groomer took our puppy for an appointment. We were told about an hour. When I called 2 hours later to check on our puppy the front desk told us to speak with Lulu. Lulu had not started our puppy, interrupted us, and told us to get our dog because she would not groom him. We picked up our puppy and she cut the end of his tail off. I hope that the VCA team finds more professional and ethical groomers.

Dr. Longo and all the staff makes you feel like family every time you visit. They love our fur babies like their own. Highly recommend. I have been going here for years and can't recommend enough.

I bought my Fur-Baby Brucie here in his last few months and everyone treated him so well. Dr. Rodriguez was soo helpful to us during that time. He went out of the way to contact a emergency hospital for him and he even got the prices for me. And when I couldn't afford the prices at the hospital he made a way for me to give Brucie similar treatment there at the VCA clinic. Once Brucie passed, I received a beautiful card from them everyone had signed it... It really made me feel comforted. If I ever get another pet I will be bringing them here.

I strongly do not recommend taking your dog to this clinic.Dr. Longo treated our beloved dog in a very unprofessional, uncaring ,without emotion and compassion. He decided that it was right for him to go through a procedure knowing he is old and has health issues and a small heart murmur. This was a problem and there was a good chance he won't make it alive.Our dog was suffering tremendously for two whole weeks after this procedure! We took him back to the vet ( Dr. Longo) to give him an injection that would calm him and ease on him, the doctor gave him an injection that actually caused him much more discomfort. He died with so much pain hours after the doctors visit.Unfortunately this clinic is all about money ,the doctor treated him without any emotions.I would also like to emphasize that the staff at the clinic was good and kind. My criticism is towards the doctor himself only!
