If I could give zero Stars I would. My uncle went in on Saturday to fix a problem with my aunt's phone. He is 82 years old and has heart issues. He asked the store clerk three or four times if he could use the restroom. He was denied. He is not threatening at all and shuffles his feet when he walks. He was denied using the restroom for over an hour and a half. He then began to feel weak and faint and an ambulance had to be called. He was taking to the emergency room. I understand the security breach but he is an 82 year old man who is non-threatening. Please train your clerks to have compassion and common sense. He was in the emergency room until 8:00 at night which could have easily been avoided if he was allowed to relieve himself. I'm disgusted at the lack of compassion and care.
