Went to the clinic they have with an online appointment. The appointment was quick and easy. They answered all my questions and gave me all the info I needed. The pharmacy however is not the best with in having prescriptions ready on time. It would be better if they would give a more accurate answer of when prescriptions would be ready. The store itself is normally very organized and fully stocked which is nice

This is for the clinic run by University of Miami. We were able to make an appointment online for a Sunday morning appointment. We got there about 15 minutes early and signed in. All documents and payments are taken at the sign in counter. We met with the nurse practitioner, Jose, and he was very thorough and nice. He made my 12 year old feel comfortable. The clinic room was very clean and we will definitely be back if we need to.

This pharmacy is terrible. If you call, the hold time is minimum 45 min which during they will pick up and immediately put ya back on hold and then hang up on you. Drive thru service isn't good either.

this is the worst pharmacy in Florida, the pharmacist's team never help you and every single time that I have to refill my medications there is a problem!

After making the line they said only cash. The cashier pointed out to the printed paper sign that was on the register and said loud NO CREDIT CARDS!

I have used this pharmacy since I moved here and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but I'm going to have to switch. My 3 year old has an awful double ear infection and I dropped off her prescription hours ago. Very straightforward. The girl who waited on me put down a different benefits number than they normally do. They already had it in their system but were creating a new account for my daughter. She said it would be ready in about an hour but over two hours went by. I kept getting messages saying there was an insurance issue. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. The girl who spoke to me was rude and kept cutting me off. She said the insurance wanted more information. I was thinking hmm was anyone going to call me? Also, I had a prescription I had dropped off with them days ago and they hadn't updated me. I asked about it and she said it wasn't approved through the insurance. I had just received a call a couple of hours ago from my clinic saying they had sent approval to my insurance and I was good to go. I told her that and she said 'well I already ran it and they said no so I'm not sure what you want me to do' she gave no other options nor offered to call insurance or help. Seems like if they run into issues they just ignore them. This has happened multiple times. Maybe they are way too busy but there's no excuse to be that rude to someone who has waited on hole for 20 minutes. I'm switching to another Walgreens

I wish I was exaggerating when I said it took an hour literally to get my RX from here. I understand things are hectic with covid but this was pure lack of efficiency and competence. I dropped my physical RX off at 12pm and it was not only not ready when I went to pick it up at 8, but waited an hour after getting there. The drive through line was just as ridiculous. Absolutely terrible service at the pharmacy.

First time visit at this location. Walked from my home. Nice clean facility. Well stocked. Employees helpful and courteous. Great location, access to main road and highways. Recommended..
