I always get what I need, the people are very friendly and the place is impeccable. But Bonaventure's Walgreen photo service is terrifying with the printing of photos and birthday cards. Twice it has happened to me that they don't know how to print the cards and they have given me the prints separately and I took them and assembled them at home. I also had to pay for them and now at this moment and now I went to look for a birthday card that should be at 431pm and it is not printed or I really don't even know since I am not looking and it tells me that since 4 in the afternoon now 7: 29pm at night is when they are going to print.I always get what I need, the people are very friendly and the place is impeccable. I always stop at this Walgreens and never had any issue there, but tonight, a girl on the desk was extremely rude, almost like a police, talking to us, like we were paying a fine there, not even at the post office or police department, this girl has no idea of what customer service is. I believe her twin was also working tonight because there were identical.Someone has to teach this girl to be respectful and nice, and smile,t is not that hard

Service has declined. Medicines are not always available but they fail to tell you that and if you call they tell you that if you don't like their service and the inconvenience to take your prescription elsewhere. Drive thru at night is extremely slow.

I just had a customer experience that was extremely positive. All due to the sales professional, Cleidy, in the photo department. We, my wife and I with a particular photo issue in which we attempted to seek her input as how to solve. Cleidy immediately demonstrated a leave it to me attitude and expressed immediately, "do not worry, I will figure out a solution." She was calm, so polite and showed he actually cared to solve for this particular photo problem. Most importantly, she was patient with us. Bottom line, after about 5 minutes, she did in fact solve for the problem and provided us peace of mind. PRICELESS PEACE OF MIND! Cleidy smiled throughout the process and made us feel at ease! Cleidy represented the Walgreens' brand exceptionally well! As a result, she provided us a customer experience that far exceeded our high standards! Cleidy was exceptional in her overall critical thinking skills that she deployed in an effort to solve for the problem. As a result, we, as customers couldn't have been more pleased! We left the store as VERY SATISFIED customers! Cleidy truly made a superior difference! Respectfully, Paul and Christina

I've never written a bad review for a pharmacy before. But I've been motivated. I had a prescription phoned in yesterday and it was being help up for insurance. The prescription is $11 with goodrx. I called to tell them that I didn't need to wait for insurance. The person on the other end said "you're prescription is being reviewed by the pharmacist". I said I realize that, but it's being reviewed for insurance and I don't want insurance. I needed to pick it up last night. She said the same exact thing in the same tone again. We went back and forth a couple times. I was polite, not rude. She said the same exact sentence with no acknowledgement of anything I was saying. It was the strangest experience I have ever had.This morning - I get an email from walgreens that my prescription is still on hold due to insurance. So I call again. I get a live human again who talks in a rude tone even when she said hello. But I was kind and asked politely. She asked for my name, birthdate, etc. in the most rude and exasperated voice. I told her it was held up for insurance. She just stated "it will be ready in an hour". that's it.My complaint is that whatever is going on at this Walgreens, your employees are very unhappy. For the treatment I received, I'm not necessarily blaming the person on the other end, there is something wrong with their environment. I will be changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy after I pickup.

This pharmacy is the worst!! This pharmacy will never fill a prescription on-time and you will always have to wait forever to figure out when your prescription maybe ready to be picked up!!

Just called to this walgreens location and ask about a package that was dropped off around 1:45 there from Fedex, [Michael the manager] picked up and his response when I asked if he can confirmed my package was there before heading that way was (I DON'T HAVE TIME TO LOOK FOR YOUR PACKAGE), I asked again and he repeated his answer to me. I headed to the location ( 5minutes way) and find Michael working as a cashier and two helpers looking to the infinite.

This review is for Pharmacy serviceI came with my prescription 4 pm, the they told me they need 2 hour for prepare the prescription, after that, they told me sorry, we don’t have here…. After 2 hours….. what is this worst service why not said since the beginning that they don’t have the product…. Then they offer to pick up in another Walgreens, they told me everything is ready in the second Walgreens…. But surprise after drive and arrive the next Walgreens said …. It gonna take 2 hours or come tomorrow…. Serious this is the worst user experience in health today

Horrible experience with the Pharmacy.Everytime I call in for a prescription as a physician. They put me on hold, they keep making me hold and then they hang up on me. As a patient it's even worse. The drive through takes forever, it's alway full, they don't have enough staff to to be effective for patients. If you come inside it also takes forever to get the medication.

Went to the clinic they have with an online appointment. The appointment was quick and easy. They answered all my questions and gave me all the info I needed. The pharmacy however is not the best with in having prescriptions ready on time. It would be better if they would give a more accurate answer of when prescriptions would be ready. The store itself is normally very organized and fully stocked which is nice

Scheduled my Covid Test online and their Web site notifies 48 hrs to send results. When you go to the store location they tell you is 3 to five days. They tell you is Fedex that doesn't take samples to labs on time. Don't waste your time im Walgreens go to CVS that is reliable.

Walgreens has been my go to for many years. With three kids, there’s always some thing that is needed.The staff is very helpful, and we are always getting great service with the pharmacy.
