This is in regards to Western Union at the Publix in in the Weston Town Center. We had a terrible experience here. We sent cash to Germany and because there was an error on the name, it wasn’t checked or inputted correctly, it has been over 2 months and I have not received the refund on it. I have called multiple times and spoken to numerous people and yet there has been no resolution whatsoever. We are talking about an amount of $700.00 and yet there has not been a resolution. I am appalled and baffled that such a large company can’t seem to get it together.
