Poor service, I was supposed to pick up a car on Jan 3, 2023, at 0730 am but no one was there to open up the shop until 1030 am even though their opening time is 0730 am.

Reliable and conscientious maintenance for my Nissan from their service department and a very realistic, friendly and forthcoming approach from sales. If you know me you are going to say I am ignoring that service doesn't always have the car ready when promised but they do the job right and that's what seems to matter most. This is the best Nissan dealer I have worked with over the past 12 years. Highly recommended.

a friend recommended Weston Nissan's service department . it was a spot on suggestion. the service advisers are friendly and professional. the work is quick and top notch, just what you would expect. i've been using them for oil changes and body shop work for about a year and they have never let me down. my lease was expiring soon so i decided to speak with a salesman. we all know how car sales can be and i dread having to go through the tortures of buying or leasing a new car. enter Mark, an eager young car salesman with a fantastic attitude and sense of humor. he really made a pleasant experience out of the sale and purchase of my new car.

We have been using Weston Nissan for years! The simple reason that we remain loyal is that the service and value are consistently top notch. It doesn't matter if you are purchasing a vehicle or having one serviced. We have good experiences at each visit. I will go as far as to say that Rafael Robles, our sales consultant, treats us like family. I feel confident sending friends and family knowing that they can expect the same treatment. Jorge in service is just as great to work with. He provides good communication, fast service and fair prices. I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Don't bother with this dealer service department, I called to schedule an appointment and they said I can just drop the car off, I told them the reason for my visit and she replied again with you can just drop off the car, when I get there the rude girl tells me she can Not take the car without an appointment, ask me who did I talked to, I didn't get a name because I inquired about their scheduling requirements, so apparently whoever answer the phone doesn't know how they service department works, anyway the rude girl didn't try to accommodate me or try to schedule an appointment, she just said "we can take the car for two or three weeks" , I left and called the service department on my way back to work and whoever answered said they can take the car on Wednesday, today is Friday, not two or three weeks like the rude girl said. I will never again go to this dealer.

I was looking for an Altima at a specific price point with 3 mandatory conditions. Found a great listing on true car that happened to be at this dealership. I reached out, set an appointment and had the misfortune of someone arriving slightly before me for the same car. I could only congratulate him on his good fortune. The salesmen I was working with, Pedro Gonzalez, found me 3 possible alternatives of which I looked at two but neither made the cut. I left to see a car at another dealership that was a combination of a waste of time and a reminder of how shady a dealership can be. Two days later, I took a fresh look at the 3rd car that Pedro had found for me on true car and realized I should have paid better attention while I was there at Weston the first time. I reached out to Pedro in the evening and he promised to check the status and get back to me the following morning. True to his word I got a call confirming that the vehicle was available. We agreed on a price, I returned to the dealership, test drive the car and after the usual paperwork I drive home with my car. No hidden fees and no last minute issues or surprises. What I appreciated most was the upfront pricing policy of the dealership and then still being able to flex a bit and meet me where I wanted to be. No pressure, no bait and switch, no hidden fees and a car with everything I wanted is the best outcome I could've asked for. Thanks again Pedro. I'd def recommend reaching out to him if you're in the market.

I went there for a service appointment- while waiting to speak to my service tech, I overheard (from across the showroom) a man loudly dressing down a younger man so that all could hear. He was abusive and was swearing in the open - I only observed any of this because he was so loud and obnoxious! when I inquired who this individual was - I found out, much to my surprise, that he was/is the sales manager. He went on and on and having been a sales manager in the pas, I decided to make a complaint. the receptionist who was very nice said that if I was making a complaint about an employee I should address it to the sales manager. When I told her that it was the sales manager I wanted to complain about, she was not surprisingly surprised! I asked whom I could m my complaint to about this awful sales manager and she said the only one was the General Manager. I asked to speak to him and after she checked for me - she said that he was not available- so I left a detailed message for him and asked him to call me - as well I left my business card. I was assured that he would call me back. Well, I gave him ample opportunity and two weeks later, he has not! I do plan on trading in my Nissan Altima later this year; however, I will not be doing so at Weston Nissa/Volvo! I'll now look at Toyota, Honda or another automobile manufacture, but I cannot stomach the idea of giving my business to such reprehensible individuals. By the way - the service manager was great but he could not make up for my observations and experience with the worst upper management team I have ever had the displeasure to deal with!

Super fast process and great customer service. Sales rep was Davin Davis. He was awesome, knowledgeable and professional. Davin made sure I was satisfied with my selection. Didn't feel pressured or rushed. Purchased a Maxima. Great car buying experience.

Well 2nd car dealership in the last month since my lease is ending this week and another absolute "SCAM" dealership. There really should be some regulations as I am so sick and tired of getting lied to, and the attempt to scam. Arrive in the pouring rain today nobody in the place and Tony the salesman asks what I'm looking for I explain my lease is ending I've shopped the car and the #'s as well as what my lease return is worth as it exceeds my buyout. No problem we go upstairs and look at a the 5 Maximas they have on premise. He goes on about how they have more inventory then anyone because they thought ahead and purchased tons of vehicles fair enough guess you can make me a deal. Tell him exactly what I'm looking for as I know the #'s work, just don't try to ***K me..... takes my Car Fob and disappears... 30 minutes later he's back says was waiting on used car manager to look at the car... Offers me 4K less than Carmax offered Strike 1. MSRP on vehichle is 44.5 K but it is listing for 4K more than the sticker because of the and you can't make this up LOW AVAILABILITY SURCHARGE. Didn't you just tell me that you had so much inventory? when I inquired was told that what it is and its nor residualized on a lease STRIKE 2. Strike 3 was the fact that the quote on the lease was 742.00 a month I n early laughed my way all the way to the car TRULY I can go get a Mercedes dude. They are living in a DREAM WORLD.. OH it took me 20 more minutes to get my Key FOB back guess they thought they would hold it hostage!.... Another SCAM DEALERSHIP STAY AWAY!

I came in today to have my car looked at after speaking to the manager in regards to my transmission there was a open campaign that was extended because the transmissions were terrible and extended to 2020 and I had an extended warranty but unfortunately it expired I am a Covid nurse and for the last two years I've been working 1, million hours trying to save lives and take care of people and today one of the people that I delt with in the service department told me well you had two years to come in what exactly were you doing we're open late all the time and I told him that I was a nurse and I was trying to save lives and he was like so. So I guess I went from a hero someone who is just bothering him today and should've came in earlier wow I was looking to possibly get a brand new Murano since I just paid my car off and I was making sure it was safe for my daughter to have but after this confrontation with this gentleman I think I'm going to be looking at other cars it's too bad that one person can spoil everything

I've tried twice to work with this dealership and both times I've been utterly disappointed. The first time, I felt something wrong with my car and when they couldn't detect it, I was literally told I was crazy. However when I took them on a test drive to display the issue the car was encountering the guy said he knew what it was. Then I was blown off for weeks even when I emailed and called. Then another issue came up with my car & I called to ask a warranty question. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes from service to some man who could help me. He answered my questions and booked me an appointment for Wednesday at 11. When I show up at the dealership.... I have no appointment and am told they can not help me. They're Useless... I'm not one to write reviews but I say all of this on the internet because I said it to their faces too. Photo for proof of my extended phone call for nothing.
