I cannot give less than one star this is the reason I gave gave one star. Whatever you do, do not try to groom your pet over there. She literally took my beautiful dog and turned it into something that I did not even recognize him. She charged me an additional hour to brush his hair. I have a 50 lb labradoodle with medium length hair, between all the groomer it takes somewhere around 3:00 to 4 hours to bathe him and brush him completely with haircut nail trim and ear and tooth cleaning. When I received the phone call with less than 2 hours that he's already done I already knew something not right 2 hours that he's already done I already knew something not right. When I picked him up he was completely shaved, he came home with lot of anxiety and when I asked they told me that he need to be trained so he is not nervous. I would say she just abused him with the haircut or I would say completely shaved ball or I would say completely shaved bald. Anyway, I am definitely not taking him back to that groomer ever again and I would not recommend anyone to get such a bad experience not to mention that it's $150, little price, little pricey. I only hope that she brushed his hair before shaved it off. ??

If you love your pet, please don't bring them to this location. They simply don't care. From the receptionists to Doctors, they just don't.Our dog went there to get her anal glands expressed and because she was really anxious her nail snapped. They said it would be a one day thing and that the glue they put on it would do.A day later the paw is worse and we bring her back. They tell us she needs a cast and that it would be a 4 day thing. They told us she needed a cone and Trazadone, so she wouldn't take it off. We made sure she didn't touch that thing for 4 days. We paid for Trazadone. $28 for 10 pills.4 days later we bring the dog back to take the cast off and now she has an infected/inflamed paw. See the picture. My husband tells them we won't pay for the antibiotics or anti-inflammatories because this was all their fault. The vet gives my husband such a difficult time.My husband comes back home and tells me everything and I go there to talk to the manager, who at first seems really nice, but after he is contradicting himself with information he is giving me I ask to talk to the owner, who apparently has Covid and can't talk to me. I say I won't leave the clinic until they talk to me, so then they call the police.Long story short, don't bother with this animal hospital. We will make sure to tell all our friends with pets to go elsewhere. Now we have a dog in an e-collar for more than 3 weeks and counting, not to mention so many other vet bills trying to get this problem rectified by another vet.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR PET ELSEWHERE! We came here on a Sunday with our senior dachshund as she was suffering from a UTI and not keeping food down. Upon arrival we were greeted with "There is a $150 cost to see the doctor" well that is welcoming and right off the bat I should have turned around and left but being she was in pain and it was a Sunday (her vet is closed) I agreed. Upon seeing the doctor we were provided with an estimate of $1200 to just diagnose the issue! We decided to pay the office visit and get out of there as we felt our pets best interest was not a priority. Fast forward to this morning we were able to see our usual vet and not only was she diagnosed (xrays, bloodwork, urine, exam) but I was provided with all her meds plus she was given a set of shots to get her started quickly. All of that for less than half of what this place was quoting to just diagnose. This place is a factory and has no compassion for people nor the animals that come to them for help. STAY AWAY at all cost!

The last time I brought my dog in to have her anal glands expressed, the vet was FAR TOO AGGRESSIVE with my dog and the vet ended up causing my dog to struggle so much that it got to the point where my dog's dewclaw and the surrounding area was badly injured and bleeding. The vet even said that while they were trying to express the glands, my dog did "three alligator rolls and then tried pulling the muzzle off". They blamed my dog for being a "nervous dog". What the vet SHOULD have done is recognize when a dog is very uncomfortable and not press the issue to the point where a dog is desperately trying to get away from them. The vet SHOULD have stopped at the first sign of anxiety, brought my dog out to me, and explained that she would need to be on anti-anxiety medicine and brought back in. But instead they forcefully went forward with the procedure to the point of causing an injury. They gave no apology, ever. They blamed the dog. They then had the audacity to try to charge me for the pain medications and an e-collar that she would need due to their medical negligence. Since this has happened, I had to bring my dog to another vet two times so that they could care for my dog's injury. And on one Sunday, the injury was so bad that I had to bring her to a Pet ER to have the nail removed due to excessive bleeding. In total, I've had to spend over $700 in veterinary bills to get the proper care for my dog after Weston Lakes Animal Hospital injured her. My wife and I tried to speak to manager and the owner, but they just kept denying it was their fault. I now take my dog to Weston Road Animal Hospital instead. They are great! They told me that this NEVER should have happened in a doctor's care and that it sounds like a vet who wants to keep to a tight schedule rather than properly care for a dog. I couldn't agree more with them. I have spoken to some of my neighbors about Weston Lakes Animal Hospital and they were in agreement that the care there is very poor. They also chose to stop going there and instead now go to VCA Indian Trace Animal Hospital, which they said it much better.

I wanted to personally thank all the staff for being extremely supportive and dedicated for my pet Hana's needs. They truly went above and beyond every doctors would do. Even though Hana had fight so hard to live, we did what was necessary for her. My special love goes to Dr. Rivera dedicating a long year battle with Hana's diagnosis including researches for the best treatment plans.I will forever be in debt to your team.Thank you once again!

This was my first visit. I was accompanying my bro-in-law who was bringing his high-energy pup in. The staff i encountered had the best attitude, very caring. Yeah, their business is about the animals, and the presumption should be that animal-lovers should be the default. But, good going guys!
