Porcha did an amazing job on my recent pedi and brows! A makeup artist by background, brow shape and tint were superb. Received many compliments- looking like myself, just a little sharper! I’mService: Pedicure

I went with my friend to get our nails done together. About 5 mins into my manicure i asked the manicurist to please not cut my cuticles (i easily get infections). She acted like i had insulted her and proceded to paint my nails right after, without giving me the full manicure service. Basically she gave me a color change. My friend’s manicure, who was right beside me, easily took 20 mins more (a regular manicure). I asked her why i didnt get the full service and she said i did when it evidently was not a manicure (just file and paint; i have my friend’s service right next to me to compare to. The lady proceded to want to charge me for an entire manicure and i insisted she did not give me the service. When i did, she said to her coworker “she had to be Colombian.”Wow! I talked to the receptionist who called the manager. The manager said i had to pay for the entire manicure regardless! I didnt even get to speak to her.I should have been smarter and not paid. But i dont want trouble. So i paid for the full manicure for a nail filing, paint, and a racial insult.I dont NEED to get my nails done. I do it because its supposed to be a fun experience. Instead i get a mean, unprofessional and racist manicurist, and a manager who doesnt put customers first. There are a thousand nail salons in weston. It is not worth it to come here and risk getting this experience.Service: Manicure

After my teen's IG nail appointment cancelled last minute, she was extremely disappointed because she had researched and planned out what she wanted for over a week (charms and all) and budgeted for what we normally pay for a full set: $60. I quickly jumped on Yelp and searched for a nail salon in our area. The phone was answered pleasantly, I was not placed on hold, and we were accommodated that afternoon. The salon is aesthetically pleasing and there seems to be an established clientele because the owner either greeted or said goodbye to each one of them by name. That was a good sign but how did I know the nail tech was the owner? She and the receptionist were the only ones not wearing a uniform, and, there were beautiful, large portraits of her family and young children on the walls of the foyer/waiting area. Immediately, I took a menu to verify the services and pricing. They appeared to be fair market so I relaxed in the chair as my daughter was asked inside to get her nails done by the owner herself. Here is where it began to get uncomfortable. As I waited, the owner kept talking with her child on the phone, giving instructions and guidance, and also checking her cameras at home. She seemed a bit anxious and rushing through the service. At one point, she instructed the receptionist to remove the Specials sign from the window mumbling something about how everything is going up! Then, she got up and moved to the station behind her because it had a UV light dryer. She finally finished and we checked out. My daughter had a full set of acrylics with a pink French, no bells or whistles. They charged us $90--so I was only able to afford a $10 gratuity at that point and sent it through the Cash app. because it must be paid in cash. The salon is in Weston and it's immaculate but as you will see from my photo, the manicure is "cute" yet overpriced! One-hundred dollars is hard-earned money and I was expecting to pay $50 at most, as outlined in your menu but never $100!! Two tips for business owners: 1. Explain your "extra" pricing up front. Don't assume that customers will easily understand your pricing even if "you" believe it's the industry norm--it's "your" industry, not the customer's. 2. As a supporter and advocate of work-life integration I advise you mustn't do both simultaneously because either your family, or your business will greatly "pay" for it in the end. Take the time off that you need, when you need it, for high-yielding outcomes and customer satisfaction.

I was in need of a pedicure and fill and didn't want to travel to my typical nail salon, so I thought I would give White Orchid a try. First glimpse, I walked in not long after they opened and there were 2 nail techs there. The salon was clean and friendly and I was happy that they were able to take me. I want to mention my services totaled $75 and were communicated to the front desk in Spanish, as my tech had started her appointment - as I am writing the review and looking at the price menu, I don't really know how it totaled that much and I didn't question it - so shame on me. I had a basic pedicure - which is $30 and I didn't even get the warm towel or a true massage. I thought maybe that's their style - but again reading the price menu - only the kid's mini pedi doesn't include hot towels. I also had an acrylic fill - with my nails filed down. There are 2 prices listed $30 and $20. Even if I was charged for the Pink at $35 - still not adding up. I also decided to not have my nails polished, so the tech only clear polished. I had no repairs. I did appreciate that there was no upselling to use dip or do a new full set. So there's a star. I will say shame on me for not clarify what I was paying for and how much - but as I look at the menu of services of prices not only did I not get a full service basic pedicure, I was obviously over charged. Lesson learned. I will not be back.

They took my husband and I as a walk-in. The salon and staff impressed me immensely. The owner is top notch and has paid attention to every detail in her store. She had fans built in to dry your nails and dryers your lay your hands as if they were on your laptop keyboard. State of the art technology. Her pedicure beds are gorgeous and her decor is just beautiful. I love the chandelier too. I wish I could find a salon like this in my state. Thank you so much. Doreen

Horrible experience today!! my nail tech (Ana) ordered food from the restaurant next door while doing my nails, rushed through my nails, did a horrible job. after moving me to the chair for my pedicure, she left to pick Up her food. I assumed she was just picking up but she took 20 MINUTES when she got back to eat her food. Absolutely ABSURD and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going back here, you have Lost a customer

There are technical issues of their service which should be enough for you not to want to go; rushed thru, poorly shaped nails, cut up my hands, provided a photo of what I wanted and the tech did what they preferred/liked instead of what I asked for… but that’s not the real issue I have with this place. The owner/manager speaks poorly of her employees to her customers. Spoke down to them, was rude, made fun of them to me.. and she does the same with her customers. Complained to me about the woman waiting for her and complained about me (while I was still there) to another woman. It’s just so rude and unprofessional it was disheartening to be there.Services: Nail art

If you are looking for a relaxing nail experience this is your place! Clean, professional, and a kind staff that makes you feel right at home. They run a weekly special for a mani & pedi that's a great deal for superior service. I highly recommend Giovanna and Dolly. My daughter and I see them and the service is always consistent with great products!

The nail service provided felt rushed and the nail technician did not seem to really know what she was doing. Not too mention she receive a text from maybe the owner or another employee telling her to hurry up because they had other appointments coming. My appointment was scheduled the day before so by all means I was not a walk in. The supplies she used all looked extremely cheap and the nail file was dollar store quality. Yes she applied the nails but they do not look professionally done. I asked for French tip acrylics and the white part is entirely too big for my nails and just looks completely bulky and unnatural. She did not know how to file correctly and because I asked for square i think she didn't even try to shape them at at. I asked her to fix one that was completely ridiculous but I quickly realized that it's just not going to get much better at this point . She fixed what she could of the one nail and when I came home I just realized how bad it looked overall. I have an event so I'm even considering getting it redone or if it can suffice until after the event. The white was painted over with gel (at my request) and is uneven in a lot of areas. I had nail glue all over my nails and three cuts. The pedicure paint was applied nicely. The pedicure was brief and I wasn't even asked what level I wanted. (Being rushed most likely) now next day . It doesn't even seem like I had any pedicure done on my feet as they look the same before. Dry cracked skin.. I know pedicures aren't miracle workers but it usually looks good for a week hopefully lol. Overall. I wouldn't recommend this place. Sucks I was over twos hours and over $100 . Update... after day two my gel nail polish has chipped. This place is a joke. Don't waste your money.

This salon is very nice and peaceful. Ana does my gel mani and pedi and she is the best at what she does. The detail and consideration is so great, I’m glad to have finally found a place I could stick to

Fantastic people, service, and timing!! Even though I was a walk in, they held true to their word and were able to squeeze my last minute appointment. Great people cause they made you feel welcomed and comfortable. Timing was impeccable; I've been in other salons where I last 4 hours (the least). However this place found is a gem in Weston due to its timing, people and pricing! Jackie was very professional, kind and fast paced with great quality. Very much recommend it, I shall be back to this place.
