Company makes FRAUDULENT service dog, ESA and therapy dog ID tags. The DOJ has made numerous official statements these sort of companies are fraudulent and do not represent the ADA laws as the are written. ID tags are not legally required and not legally binding. They cannot be used for access.

I bought a ESA ID by mistake. I have Parkinson’s disease and I made a mistake. My dog is a SSABasically was told too bad, order another got another $25.They already have my dog’s name and her picture. I would have been willing to pay something but not the whole $25.Not anymore. I would not recommend this company

I never received my order for a service dog id badge. I may 3 attempts on 2 different phone number, leaving 2 messages for assistance. I am wondering if this was a scam. Be very cautious when ordering for this company.

I had to order 3x to get the product. I finally got my I’d card and it cost me an additional 40.00. So there went my refund. It took them a while to respond n then going back n forth left me no time so I had to send it overnight for a flight on the 28th. They say it was delivered. I was home and I asked the ups guy who comes all the time and knows us well, he said no.
