was directed here to pick up something that wasnt able to be shipped to my po box and was told over the phone this would be at no charge as the item being shipped was supposed to be free but the store is privately owned and refused to offer anything as advertised on the website or through customer service so i had to pay for what i was supposed to receive at no charge

Dakota the district manager of this location and the Inverness location is a thief and will steal from you and then when you catch it he will promise an immediate refund that NEVER comes. Been waiting on a promised refund since April, he has an excuse every 3-5 days of why it's not back in my account yet, come to find out per Boost corporate he hasn't even submitted for a refund in my case...save yourself the hassle and find a different location to do business with that won't steal from you

Went in on a Saturday, and they had no internet. Couldn't sell me a phone, came back on Sunday, and didn't have the phone. Ask them to call me when the phone arrives. I have yet to hear from anyone in the store, and it has been a week. I'm just waiting around 😌

stay away from this location i had to buy a phone because i lost my phone . I got an iPhone 13 and I was over charged I got an email for the black Friday promo for the 149.99 deal and I understand i have to pay activation fee but i ended up paying more. I had went to my local boost mobile store and showed them what I paid and they told me I was taken advantage of . That the price with upgrade should've been around 193 and this location also scanned chargers and when i asked what the extra charge was for they told me they had to move stuff around in order to give me the promo and made up excuse. I WOULD DEFT STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! will tell people not to come here .
