Beware of picking up prescriptions at cvs on Main Street, the villages. I asked for a renewal of an antibiotic. Clerk said that I had no antibiotic on file. I told her that I certainly did and that I picked it up a month or two before and that I just wanted a renewal. She again said there was no antibiotic on my file. I had to pull off the drive thru and physically go into the store. At the pharmacy I asked a different clerk if I had an antibiotic on my profile. She looked, then said, yes. Here it is. It was for amoxicillin. I later realized that the original clerk must have been looking for the name “antibiotic” under my name. Wonder what level of schooling she completed. Beware! Check all your prescriptions after picking up.

Rudest people I have ever met!!! From drop off to pick up! I will be moving my scrips elsewhere! I would people to never ever come here. Could not even get post knee replacement pain meds until the next day??? Are you kidding me?? Uncalled for!!

After all the information about the recall of certain CVS branded eye drops, I took my 2 bottles to this store to get a refund. The clerk said: Do you have a receipt? No. Do you have a letter from CVS? No. Since you purchased them months ago, they are not part of the recall. Not true. A Manager came out and had the clerk scan the boxes. She gave me a Money Card for a refund. Fine with me. Since these are CVS drops, there should be no questions about getting a refund.

I am giving them a 5-star, because they are committed to quality customer service. The night before, they had to close down due to a lightning strike. Then, the next day, their computer system shutdown and they had to reboot. I observed the staff. With all the challenges they were faced with, they worked well together seeking solutions to help each customer. They were apologetic, friendly, professional and kept a cool head. Kudos to everyone! They deserve recognition!

I just need to tell you the Service I get at the CVS in Wildwood is PERFECT! I recently changed over from a competitor that starts with W and I knew the service was not good but didn't realize how bad it was until I made the switch. Jeremy did a great job today and Kitty is the BEST of the BEST! Your computer system is light years ahead of your competitors. When you say a prescription is ready to be picked up it is. I hate to say how many times I was mislead by your competitor saying a script was ready when it was not. The folks at the Wildwood store need to be commended on their outstanding service. It is great EVERY time.

I had yet another problem yesterday. Computer malfunction did not show my Rx. Fill in pharmacist refused to call doctor-even though the tech. tried to get her to. Make him the manager and fire that pharmacist. I only fill one Rx here because the Dr. uses them but this is the last straw. They are done.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I have requested all my prescription to be transferred to them. I’ve been in several times to pick up my prescriptions and every time I have to leave because they have not transferred them and they tell me I have to come back the next day because they are too busy to fill it while I wait!!! They need more help and some braining on customer service. If my prescriptions are not transferred this next time I am going back to Walgreens.

The store was clean but the women’s bathroom was deplorable. Needs an industrial cleaning. Looks filthy and commodes have not been cleaned it doesn’t appear.
