“Wildwood Kitchen and Bath just finished replacing our old vanities in the master and guest bathrooms. We really appreciated their showroom. We were able to actually see samples of the cabinets, counter tops and and faucets. We decided to pick the counter top material from their "remnants" to save some money. So, they took us to the yard and storage area to make our selection. We decided on quartz for the material. We ordered white cabinets, but when they arrived from the manufacturer they were "ash white" (light grey). Wildwood Kitchen handled the problem without a single complaint. I was very impressed with the removal of the old vanities and the installation of the new ones, the installation of the new quartz tops and undercounter sinks and the final plumbing. All of this was done as scheduled. Each person arrived within the time range that we expected. Employees were efficient, friendly and professional. Every job is different, but my experience with Wildwood Kitchen and Bath deserved the 5 star rating.”

“The Ocala store is twice the size of the one in Lady Lake. Also, the customer service was so much better. We are building a log home in Wildwood, and I plan on spending lots of money there to decorate the inside. Lady Lake employee didn't seem to care or try to find another store that carried the highland cow print that I wanted. However, the store in Ocala made the effort to locate and had it delivered to their store 2 days later. I will be doing the rest of my shopping at the Ocala location!”

“The workmanship is good and the finished shower looks great. The installers and managers were all friendly and professional the entire time. The only negative is the office person who handles the customer facing issues. She has horrible customer service skills and needs to learn how to correctly handle customer facing interactions....otherwise, I would have given the team 5 stars.”
