“T&D performed the first fill for the underground propane tank we had installed to power our standby generator, but we assumed, because we’re technically just outside T&D’s service territory, that we’d have to find someone local for future fills. However, we were pleasantly surprised when T&D agreed to continue to take care of our propane fills, as everyone associated with the business—particularly Kami—has been wonderful. We feel certain that, because of Kami’s attentiveness to our needs, we’ll never run out of propane despite our being so far from their location.”

“Suburban is still managed by a local office in Leesburg. You actual talk to a person in this office, not Ohio or who knows where. They sent an expert (Allen) out to give me advice on how to proceed with my needs and gave me a detailed proposal that was all inclusive. Cliff-the installer-was the best I’ve ever seen. They cut out the sod, dug the pipe trench, installed the pipe and backfilled all the dirt and placed the sod back where it belonged. You couldn’t even tell they dug a 68’ tench through my sod!! He should be a surgeon!! The fitters came out next to connect the pipe to my generator and tank and worked to the precision of a watch maker. Both men were very pleasant and knowledgeable!! This was an unbelievable experience that you simple don’t find much anymore for a complicated task. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Suburban Propane!!”
