Well.............In our opinion customer service is great and very available, you do not have to wait on line or listen to a frustrating automated voice as in Xfinity so thumbs up for customer/technical/local technicians support. Also good are the remotes that are voice activated. Station selection is also good. Pricing is good and why we changed. It stops there..........equipment outages Zumo are frequent and frustrating. It usually goes back on again after it has napped for a while but, usually goes out in the middle or end of a show. IF THEY GET GOOD EQUIPMENT OR CHANGE TO ANOTHER SYSTEM I would rate them 4.5 stars.

Gino at the Wildwood location is AMAZING! So patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. We are seniors trying to understand technology, our phones, on-line payments, etc… Gino walked us through the entire process, and get this: NO WAIT TIME! I’m serious, Dave, the manager, waved us in, we didn’t have to sign in and wait. AMAZING! Thank you, Gino, Dave and all the Spectrum team! Big fans right here!! CMH

It's a monopoly. Either pay 200 a month for internet/ cable that keeps going out or move. Can't wait til satellite or fiber optic becomes a thing here in the sticks, Lake Panasoffkee.In fact, the internet just went out and it said "Encountered an error" while trying to post this review. And they just raised the prices again. Maybe "The Villages", not far from here, get much better service.

Just upgraded one of our phones with Ruscheil and it was an absolute pleasure. She was eager to help us, friendly with each customer she dealt with and she made it a very pleasant experience.

My heartfelt thanks to Gino for his professionalism and perseverance for the last three days in attempting to get our phones switched over from AT&T. I won't go into detail, but this took three days due to internal procedures with AT&T and their inability/unwillingness to work with us. My wife's phone was set up quickly, mine not so much. I am very grateful that Gino had the patience to work with me and with AT&T to get the situation resolved. I would be very grateful to have an employee like Gino working for me - his calm and friendly demeanor, his level of knowledge and professionalism, and his work ethic are a valuable asset to Spectrum, especially in the growing stages of the company.Many thanks to Dave as well in making the store welcoming to customers, current and prospective. The attitude of the staff i observed exhibited a welcome change to more than a few operations with whom I've dealt lately.

The employees are friendly and helpful my problem is I was told I would get a survey done and get a price point in a around a week and a half turns out 2 weeks go bye I call spectrum they. Say it looks like Noone ever did my survey and I never got a call from Dave in the store about it I go back to the store and tell them what happened they took a note of my info for a different Dave that is the manager they said he would call me july 3rd when he would be in this store to expedite my survey Dave never called me so now so now I'm writing this review.

Give everyone here a raise. Great service, fun attitudes, but no nonsense. Got me and my wife's cell service swapped over to Spectrum in about 30 minutes, if that.

I am new customer. I am starting to regret leaving my old internet provider. Only have been with spectrum for a couple months and have so much outage time for long periods of time. Sumter county florida. ?

They're good.However, our over 55 community has switched to a service , forcing us to drop Spectrum internet.I was bundling my cell and Internet for a $85.00/ mo.Now ,my over 55 community will begin charging all of us $59.00/ mo.- - - in 6 mos.....so it's basically free for 6 mos.All told - this new service is much less per month than Spectrum.

Beautiful store but the two male employees couldn't be bothered to even get out of their seats to welcome customers. They just yell across the room. Went in for a router and they forced a new modem on me after I made it clear that I didn't need a new modem. Now they want me to drive back (40 minutes) to return it. I WON'T be going back. If there were a zero star rating, that's what I would have given.

The staff was very nice especially Jeremy who took such good care of me and made my phone upgrade so easy for me to deal with.Jeremy could not have done a better job than he did.He really knew his business and is very knowledgeable, I'm not so knowledgeable about new things like cell phones so this was a wonderful experience for me.I want to thank Spectrum and Jeremy for the best experience I have ever had at a phone store.MHL

Why does Spectrum make it so difficult to return a router? Guy tells me to go to UPS Shipping place after I first went to the closed Wildwood Spectrum branch, then this one. UPS store is always packed! Stood in line outside the UPS Shipping place for 30 minutes. Outside because the line is out the door towards the parking lot. I just don't understand why Spectrum wants you to jump through hoops to return their equipment.
