Horrible. Amanda was only one to help customers. Did t even acknowledge people waiting. Needed an address change. Half hour later NOTHING. Not the first time. So sad how far this bank has fallen. Go anywhere but here.

Truist in wildwood fl is the slowest bank 0n earth. When it was SunTrust it was wonderful. When they made it truist they cut back the staff. There's only 1 teller usually.. a 10 or 15 minute wait is not unusual.

Typically a friendly bank and good service. Occasionally I have to wait longer than preferred to access safe dep box but other wise pleased with this branch. Amanda is very friendly and pleasant.
