T&D performed the first fill for the underground propane tank we had installed to power our standby generator, but we assumed, because we’re technically just outside T&D’s service territory, that we’d have to find someone local for future fills. However, we were pleasantly surprised when T&D agreed to continue to take care of our propane fills, as everyone associated with the business—particularly Kami—has been wonderful. We feel certain that, because of Kami’s attentiveness to our needs, we’ll never run out of propane despite our being so far from their location.

The best propane company out there! I have used another company in the past who always added on additional fuel and service charges besides the per gallon price, plus you had to fight every single time to get a halfway decent propane price. Then I found T&D. Awesome customer service, great prices, no add-ons and usually come within a couple of days. I called yesterday and they came today. So thankful I found them!

I called T&D on Monday before Hurricane Idalia was supposed to hit early Wednesday morning. I knew it was a long shot, and I was at about 40% fill so it wasn't a huge emergency. I really wanted to have a full tank for the storm. We also live in the Micanopy area which is the north end of their service area. Tammy was great, and showed genuine concern, but wasn't sure if they could swing it. Tuesday we got a full tank from T&D. Fortunately we didn't need it due to the storm staying north, but T&D was and is the best!!

Originally had delivery set with another service but they couldn't come for 2 weeks and I didn't need the delay. T&D was recommended . 2 DAYS later Propane was delivered and at a better price than at a "discount" place . GREAT SERVICE! On time too. Thanks Steve.

Customers for life now!! We are running off generator after the hurricane and we are under 20% left in our tank. I called 9am this morning after the hurricane. The office was still trying to get organized and back up and running, but none the less 2hrs later the propane truck showed up to fill us back up!!!! Thank you, thank you!!!We had also called Suburban the day of the hurricane and it was a long process of inspection and scheduling. They quoted us a 2week wait.If I could give more than 5stars I would!

This company is amazing. I was unable to reach all of the big box type companies and I contacted them because I had an emergency situation for a generator installation. The customer I was installing a generator for was on hospice and they wanted to make sure that he was comfortable in the event of a power outage. I was able to reach out to this propane company and they were able to fill the propane the very next day we rescheduled our installation to a day sooner and the customer now has complete back up power.Sometimes it is not about making money it is about helping others in our community this company showed that that is what they do it was a fair price and excellent service.I will continue to refer them.Angie SchreiberManaging PartnerDouble A

Buyer beware! DO NOT USE unless you want suprise bills! We own our propane tank so we can get gas from any company and not be locked into a contract. I make sure to shop around when we need a fill which has been every 2.5-3 years. Last year T&D had the best price so I went with them. I made sure to tell them I own my tank this is a 1 time fill, okay they say. Fast forward one year and I get a $130 bill in the mail for a tank fill?! So I call, there must be a mistake, I didn't ask for nor approve a fill from them. I'm told that this is how they do things, their customers like this and will I be paying with check or card?REALLY, REALLY?! I'm just completely dumbfounded that this can even be legal to operate a company in this way. I don’t look at our gauge on a regular basis so I have no idea if what they said they put in our tank, is actually what they did, it's a complete scam! Please save yourself some trouble and do not do business with this company, I will gladly pay more from another company next time I need a fill.

I have a 120 gallon in ground tank. T&D has been stellar in their service and very fair in their pricing. I was with both other propane gas companies (Leesburg & Wildwood) prior to learning about T&D propane. I am a T&D BELIVER!!!

I was inquiring about gas service and Mr. Patrick Chadwick directed me to the right place as T&D Propane did not service the area I was moving to. He was very quick to respond and very helpful. I'm sad I won't be a client of T&D Propane, excellent customer service.

Absolutely the BEST. Their customer service is second to none. I had a new 500 gallon tank installed the day before and they came out the next day and promptly filled it. I live in NW Marion County and I always hear how far it is out here and they'll put me on "the schedule" from other companies. I rent a tank from a well known national gas company who have been price gouging me for years with their propane and tank rental. Pat was awesome both on the phone and during the delivery. Highly recommend T&D.
