Dropped off a trailer and it was a little bit of a hassle. The lady said she had too many trailers and didn't want to accept it. She called U Haul and then agreed to take it in. It could have been worse as I didn't have any time to waste dropping it elsewhere.

Not open as advertised. Called and informed they open an hour later then advertised. Told to use app. Download app and tried to create account but didn't get verification code. Tried to create account under wife's name and still no verification code. Now I have to sit and wait for an hour til some one shows.

I answered this once already she was fine I dropped off a trailer what could go wrong
