Once again, another Outstanding Experience at All A/C Storage! This is now my 3rd. time dealing with Rob at All A/C. Rob is an outstanding and awesome man. The truck that I had reserved had a minor issue (which really wasn't a big deal to me) but Rob insisted that my comfort while driving was important to him. So, he moved me up to the next size truck. Now that's customer service! I will always be a loyal client of All A/C Storage and Rob. To be quite honest, I have to drive past 2 other U-Haul dealers that are much closer, but I don't think that they can top the service that I get from Rob at All A/C Storage. Thanks Again, Rob! All A/C is Top Notch! A+++!

Blown away!!!
Man, I gotta say... I wasn’t expectin’ much, just needed a truck to get the job done, ya know? Most of the time you just hope it works and move on 'cause it’s cheap. But this? This was different.
Soon as I hopped in the truck, I was like… hold up. It ain’t brand new or nothin’, you can tell it’s been used, but dang, it was clean. Like, really clean. Everything was in place, parked straight, nothin’ outta order. Even the back of the truck spotless. There was a dolly in there too in case I needed to move stuff (didn’t end up usin’ it, but still, nice touch).
Whole thing took maybe 30 seconds. No joke. Walked in, signed the paper, and was out. Fastest and smoothest rental I ever had. For real, every U-Haul location should come take notes from these folks. They actually made me feel like good service still exists out here.

Picked up 20 foot one way rental from U-Haul. The truck was of the correct size and was ready at the time we reserved and everything worked perfectly. Would use them again.

Moving is unfortunately hard & stressful enough without having unneeded issues added on top of everything and sadly both U-Haul and the place of Pickup let me down, as I really trusted & believed that I was in good hands and made the right decision engaging their services.
1. U-Haul needs to get their customer service agents on the same page with providing valuable and needed information to the customer and not just hiring warm-bodies who obviously took the position solely for a needed paycheck and who sadly could care less and this Disgracefully made me Lose a very much needed and valuable hour of time.
2. They need to have someone proof everything they supply to the customer with the app onsite ride share instructions for crying-out-loud, as I looked for a good 15 minutes for my truck number, which they indicated indicated was on the "Front" of the truck when in fact it was on the "Back" of the truck.
3. My truck disgracefully had No working interior Cab Light, which was greatly needed, especially with a 5AM pickup & return reservation.
4. The interior was scratched up with stuck on food remnants on the Dash, Seats and Floorboard, which I absolutely had to clean and did before using it and this took another 35 minutes off my needed time.
In closing, I hope I never have to relocate again, yet if I unfortunately have to, I regretfully must say, with the very unprofessional way everything was presented I would be extremely Hard Pressed to use their Services.

Used this U Haul location for several trips. They always have the equipment we needed and there is great customer service.

We rented a 5'X8', one way. Employees were friendly & hooked up the trailer, checked lights, etc. However, it was obvious we needed a drop down hitch & he never mentioned that to us.Someone who does not have trailer towing experience would not have known this. We had to stop at another location to purchase what we needed. Thankfully they had one (Shout out to ACE Hardware in Wildwood!). We then had to unhook the trailer & make the corrections in the parking lot of the place we purchased the hitch from! Not a huge deal for us, but for some it would be.Also, this particular trailer did not have any lifting mechanism on the tongue, making it difficult to lift on & off the vehicle. This would create a big problem, if loaded while not attached to the vehicle.Future recommendations: Provide hitches & balls for rent or sale. Or at least inform the customer they need a different set up.

I returned the truck late at night to a pitch black dark field. I will advise that some sort of light be provided for the security and safety of clients returning their truck. Look pretty scary and dangerous returning truck to afield with lots of trucks and hiding opportunities without security light.

Went in to get information regarding trailer rental. The 40 year old behind the counter was so busy putting his Legos together, I was really an imposition on his Lego time. I got absolutely no help, no questions answered, no suggestions, NO customer service!

Great place to rent large U Haul trucks. Friendly people and was impressed by them so rented a spot in the storage yard. Recommend this place
