Tried calling multiple times and got rerouted on the app with no human connection. Tried filling out the help me form 4 times and it never worked to go thru. Can we just have customer service with humans again please. ?

Worst carrier I've encountered.
I used to be CCA for the post office so I know what it's like to do the job. When you have to deliver a certified envelope that requires signature, You have to phyisically go into the property and knock at the door to obtain signature and in return give the envelope that is being delivered.
When my letter was not delivered to me directly and was left a note in my mailbox stating " sorry we missed you" when I work from home and was home from 8-5. I went ahead and checked my ring doorbell camera to see if maybe I accidentally didn't hear someone at the door on 8/5, but no carrier ever came to my door.
I called the post office, the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and let me know they would redeliver my envelope.
The carrier that came to give me my letter was so unproffesional. He spent 5 full minutes in my porch holding my envelope talking to me about the gate to my home.
My home gate is large enough to fit a vehicle in (home was purchased that way) and to get in the gate during any delivery ,you simply open and close it as you are coming in and there are no issues. Gate will only swing open if you allow it to, by not closing it behind you as you enter the property. ( which everyone does when I get something delivered to my home)
My gate is NOT locked so it is accessible to the public which carrier says that this isn't true (when it is true because a lawyer that knows the law had told me this) the carrier mentioned he is an ex cop from NY and that he knows what he is talking about. ( which obviously he doesn't. Doesn't surprise me that he is one of the cops that does not know the laws too much)
He mentioned you need " probable cause" to get into someone's property. Which would be true if it was a police officer trying to get into the property.
But this does not apply to people doing a service of deliveries to your home.
This carrier mentioned to me that carriers are too much in a hurry and the 2 seconds it takes to close the gate behind you is too much. Yet he had 5 minutes to spare to go back and forth with me about the gate until I told him if he can just give me my envelope since my baby was sleeping and I had the moniter inside of the home.
I delivered to many homes like this when I worked for the post office and never made this an issue because it isn't a problem. That carrier is just making it an issue because he wants to. He was very unprofessional and rude. After he had finally gave me my envelope I told him to have a good afternoon and he just walked away .
This is worst encounter I've ever had with a carrier.
I did call th post office and spoke to Camille and told her about my experience with this carrier. She was very polite and apologized , and informed that she would speak to the carrier.

I understand why they mostly have 1 star. They are completely rude. “John” if that’s the supervisor real name is extremely disrespectful and argumentative. Do they not teach customer service during training? If someone is frustrated about not receiving their packages, you should not be rude and yell at the customer.

I live in a apartment complex and 9 times out of 10 they deliver my smaller packages to the wrong mailbox and I have to hope my neighbors will deliver my package to me when they check their mail. I'm very disgruntled because they essentially give my package to someone else!

Without a doubt the worse post office I've dealt with. Carriers and people at the desks don't communicate and apparently follow different policies. The carriers here are horrible. I have had to deliver mail to houses on completely different streets many times. There's been times the mail was delivered so badly it was between 4 houses because I had mail misdelivered and when I dropped off the mail I got by mistake thinking that house had my mail they had a different houses mail and so forth. I go out of my way to go to Oxford.

This is the worst system I have ever seen. Typical government. Simple question on a fraudulent text that I received. No way to report it because the government doesn’t have people who work.

This is one of the worse post offices in the country. Nasty shopping plaza where you feel as if you'd be raped or mugged. Supervisor is horrendous. If in the Villages, go to any other location. This location needs to be shut down. It does not serve the needs of the community.

Been using this location for several months and each time the employees have been helpful and very friendly! Never any long lines when I have been in and they always have supplies needed to mail packages.

Let's start with how unfriendly the employees are. Now that if you can even find the dang place. You can't get ANYONE on the phone. All automated. Terrible.
