Horrible customer service. Never rent a tool from them using cash. Followed all their procedures returned the tool in the appropriate amount of time. They would not refund my money back to me in cash said they didn’t have enough money. I find that very hard to believe. If they don’t have any cash then why do they accept cash? They need to say on their door no cash allowed, no cash on hand at any time. Card only store. They should just shut that store down. It’s completely useless and we already have enough auto parts stores in Williston. Needless to say WILL NOT ever grace that store with my money ever again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Go to auto zone or O Riley if you're in williston. I've been an advanced customer for years and the service and headache I've went through to get this refund is ridiculous. I had a loaner tool for a few months and took it back something I've done in the past with no issue the computer automatically wants to put the money on a gift card the store manager told me that's my only option when in the past the money was put back into my account. After speaking to customer service I'm told I have to go through a almost two month process to wait for a check in the mail if I didn't want the gift card. Then the rep proceeds to confirm what I already knew that the manager could've did an overridde and put the money back, but because the purchase wasn't from his store he chose to handle it this way.

My wife went up while I was at work with my two year old and asked an employee bill to check the battery on her car, he was extremely rude and snappy and told her no to get another employee to do it when all the others were busy and he wasn’t doing anything

Mr. Glenn the store manager at the Williston location, corrected an employees short comings and made things right! I'm very impressed!
I've always loved ADVANCED AUTO PARTS and this being even more so why I do. When an issue arrives no matter who's at fault they reach out to help fix the problem. (Not add to the issues, throw fuel on the fire)
I love that!! Being it is EXACTLY what we do here @ EMS, find solutions for our customers problems!

Bought some overpriced tint?not the stores Fault their automotive tint is just overpricedthe Store and the staff are fantastic, and the Tint works great but as I said it's overpriced. but so are a lot of things.

I went in to buy wiper blades for my jeep. The man inside the store was so nice and even though the blades were hard to remove and put the new ones onhe did not give up. I am so glad I went there to have them done GREAT JOB Greajob Tha k you so much
