You want to know why this CVS has 2 stars avg over 100’s of reviews? I’ll give you the short answer first it’s the lady pharmacist she sucks ! This is the sorriest pharmacy in the entire state of Florida probably the United States. It’s literally better in Third World countries. I show up just before closing time. These ladies have the door open. I put my cell phone in it. The horn beep the horn because it’s taking so long. She brings it in because apparently she didn’t realize that it was open and then send it back out to me and then says oh we’re not taking anymore. We’re closing right now! I’ve never encountered anybody as rude as this lady that’s a so-called pharmacist the audacity to be lazy and rude is beyond me

Due to bleeding ear, went to see Dr. Prescription called in. Presented ŵith two similar medications with no explanation. After making purchases found out that only one prescribed. Pharmacy should have contacted Dr to verify.

I am ONLY giving four stars because of Christina. Give that girl a raise!
Wednesday May 30, 2024 my mom had knee surgery. Post-op I pick up my mom, they tell me go to CVS in Williston everything she needs is there. I go and get four prescriptions, I assume this is everything I need and take her home. On the second day of recovery my mom calls because she’s in immense pain. We call the surgery center we tell them we only got four prescriptions and they tell us they sent FIVE. Well, where is the other? The fifth prescription was a pain relief narcotic. The guy at the window on Wednesday night never told us there was a fifth prescription OR that it was FILLED. We were told later it didn’t get sent out because it wasn’t covered under our instance however without insurance it was $22.50. UM WHAT???? Had we not talked to Christina, we would have never gotten this information & my mom would have not gotten her medication. To make it even worse, when we got to the counter to pick up the prescription another guy told us that it would be a FEW HOURS. Luckily, we knew it was already ready and were able to talk to Christina there and get the meds. If you need anything done at that pharmacy only talk to her, otherwise take your business elsewhere.

Retail store staffed with welcoming and helpful team members. The store had everything I needed and a staff member directed me to where things were. This is well stocked store with lots of fun things too. I also had a pick up order and that went super smooth.

Cliché, but one star is one too many. Not sure how a pharmacy can screw up every single prescription request EVERY TIME for years. Every. Single. Time. If anyone else took our insurance locally I'd switch in a heartbeat. They're awful.

I'm usually not the one to complain but this pharmacy is by far the WORST pharmacy I've been too. Had my children's prescriptions sent to this location and they don't accept our insurance. Was told we had to go to Walgreens to get it transferred. Went to Walgreens and they called CVS and they did not answer. I called CVS pharmacy and sat on hold for 30 minutes till I arrived at the store and explained the situation. Then was told by the women behind the desk and I assume the manager... basically Walgreens and I were lying because "there's been no phone calls that we've recieved." Mind you there was 4 other people complaining of the same thing. Ridiculous. 0/10 Recommend.

Didn’t go to the pharmacy section but the people on the main floor and check out were incredibly nice and accommodating.

If zero stars was an option then that's what I would pick. I have worked in pharmacy for 7 years and I have never come across a worse staff. These people care nothing for their patients and blatantly refuse to do their job. It is absolutely mind blowing that these folks are employed. Getting your medication filled here is nearly impossible. You have to fight with them to get them to do every step of their job. This is my third experience with them and it is exactly the same. This isn't just "a bad day for them" this is every day routine.

Medication was called in by medical provider on a Thursday. Pharmacy did not call back to relay that it was filled. When called back Thursday before COB, this pharmacy said the medication wasn't in stock. Doctors office was closed Friday so we couldn't verify. Come Monday (4 days after initially calling in) we contacted the doctor who prescribed the medication. The doctor did in fact call in the medication after verifying this CVS pharmacy had it. The pharmacy blatantly lied to us about not having it in stock. THEN the pharmacy said that medication would be in ready for pickup in 1 hour. Went there to pick up, and they told us it wasn't ready yet, and would be another 4 hours.... After the 4 days that it could have been filled. They again lied and said that the medication "may have just come in." I am certain corporate has been contacted several times, but isn't doing anything to fix this horrible pharmacy.
